The Space:
Morning light stretches across the fairway as you settle in with a warm drink, watching the mountains rise quietly beyond the golf course. In winter, cross-country ski trails pass nearby while snow blankets the surrounding peaks, and evenings naturally end gathered by the fire after a day exploring Whistler. Whether you’re soaking in the hot tub beneath the crisp mountain air or enjoying the calm of this quiet neighborhood, the setting makes it easy to slow down and take in the alpine surroundings.
The space
Goldenwood 8337 is a bright two-story townhouse positioned along the 16th fairway of Nicklaus North Golf Course, about a 7-minute drive from Whistler Village and the base of the mountains. Renovated in December 2019, the home features a refreshed open-concept main level with vaulted ceilings, exposed log beams, and large windows that frame views of Whistler and Blackcomb. Hardwood floors run throughout the living area, while an indoor fireplace creates a cozy gathering spot on cooler evenings. Air conditioning, heating, and portable fans help maintain comfort in every season.
Please note that a roofing project will be underway throughout the Goldenwood complex from late March (weather-dependent) through the end of July. During this time, guests may experience intermittent daytime construction activity and noise as contractors complete essential building improvements. Accommodation rates have been adjusted and an additional construction discount is applied at the time of booking to help offset any potential disturbances during your stay.
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, fireplace, private balcony overlooking Green Lake, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, deep soaking tub, and glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed beside a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom offers a king-split bed that can convert into two twins and has its own ensuite with a bathtub-shower combo. On the main level, a fourth bedroom includes a queen bed, desk, and private ensuite, while an additional powder room adds convenience for shared living areas.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch and Sub-Zero appliances, granite counters, and heated slate floors. Guests have access to a kitchen and dining area designed for shared meals, with a dining table that seats ten and a breakfast bar with space for four. A coffee maker and other cooking essentials make it easy to start the day or prepare meals together after time on the mountain.
Outdoor living
Step outside to the patio to enjoy the BBQ grill and outdoor furniture. Upstairs, a deck holds the private hot tub - a quiet spot to relax while taking in the surrounding alpine scenery. The backyard includes open grassy space that adds a sense of calm to the property’s golf course setting.

The home includes washer - In unit and dryer - In unit, wifi, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair. Bathroom essentials are provided for convenience. A TV offers entertainment during downtime, while safety features such as smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher are in place.

Guests enter through a private entrance with self check-in via smart lock. The property includes free parking garage on premises with space for two small vehicles, along with an additional driveway space and room for equipment storage.
Neighborhood
Located in Whistler’s Nicklaus North neighborhood, the townhouse is within walking distance of the Table Nineteen restaurant, the golf clubhouse, and Meadow Park Sports Centre. Lost Lake’s trails are a short ride away, and guests also have lake access via a nearby path or dock. Whistler Village, gondolas, and grocery stores are only minutes away by car or bike.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Nicklaus North is a quiet and exclusive neighbourhood, with quick access to golf in the summer, or cross-country ski trails in the winter. The unit is a short walk to the Nicklaus North clubhouse's Table Nineteen restaurant and lounge, and within walking distance to the Meadow Park Sports Centre. The village and base of the mountains is a short 7-minute drive.
Getting Around:
This unit is a 10 - 12-minute walk to the closest Whistler Transit Bus Stop. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and are approximately $ 15 CAD each way, seating up to five guests. When staying in Nicklaus North we recommend hiring a car for added convenience, with ample pay parking within Whistler Village between $12 - $40 CAD per day depending on the location.
