Front desk were very friendly and helpful...very responsive to our needs.

Liked the proximity to the gondola and value on our awesome room! Front desk employee was great. Didn’t like the small pool and there were no towels for pool use. Also, the bike rental place connected to the hotel was inconsistent and inaccurate with giving information before we tried to rent bikes later that day.

I will come back to stay here for sure. Its so convenient for skiing. The ticket booth day lodge is right next door. The room was so nice. Queen bedroom with living room with a view of the whole mountain..

Excellent location, friendly staff, nice space. The view of the lift was awesome. Could use updating, as well as better bedding. We were disappointed to find no pool or jacuzzi in order, even though when we stayed a couple years ago, they said they were being repaired. We were also told there would be a mid-week maid service, based on a 7 night stay, but didn’t receive one. Location, location, location.

This is not a hotel at all. It is a bunch of individually owned units that are separately loaned out by their owners through the main company or Orbitz excetera. Pros: 1. Best location....bottom of Blackcomb ski lift. 2. Generally nice units with refrigerators and miceowaves. 3. Most also have a fold out bed. Cons 1. Staff is worthless. An employee was standing 10 feet from me as I attempted to lug two sets of skis and four bags through the door. He never lifted a finger. 2. Staff is only at desk certain hours. If you need to check in while the staff is away, you will need to make other arrangements for the key. 3. House keeping may come to your unit once per week....if you ask. 4. A lot of people in the Le Chamois have pets in their units, which could be a problem for those with allergies. However, I never heard any noise or had any problems with people's dogs and cats.

Location is phenomenal although the lower Village has the action in terms of nightlife etc. so being in the upper village is more mellow, room service costs extra. We had two falls fire alarms at four in the morning two out of four nights

The hotel is in a great location and the room was well equipped and spacious. I wasn't aware until check in that the pool and hot tub were not available for guest use and that daily room service would be an extra charge so making this clear on the booking site (Orbitz) would be good. I felt the room was a great value overall and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Dear Guest, Thank you for leaving us such a wonderful review. We take pride in giving outstanding customer service to our guests and we're overjoyed to receive your compliments and appreciation. We agree the plunge pool is on the smaller side but over the years we have found the hot tub to be the most requested amenity. When going under construction it was decided to increase the hot tub size to accommodate for all the guests eager to warm up after a long cold day on the mountain. We are sorry that pool towels were not easily accessible to yourself, these are kept at the front desk for collection by guests. Please let us know when you are returning to Whistler next!

Thank you for your review of your stay at Le Chamois. The building is in the process of updating most of the suites, the pool and fitness area with the common areas being the next phase after the pool. Unfortunately the plans in plan to finish the pool and & gym were not functional for this fall and have been postponed until this spring.
