Nestled in the tranquil Northern Lights community above Whistler Village, this multi-level townhouse offers both serenity and easy access to the mountain.



Sleeping arrangements

Spread across several levels, the home accommodates up to ten guests in five comfortable bedrooms and six beds. The primary bedroom on the upper floor includes a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, TV, and ensuite with a soaker tub, glass shower, and heated floors. The main level features a bedroom with a king-split bed and balcony, plus a twin bunk room ideal for younger guests. Downstairs, two bedrooms each offer a king-split bed, desk, wardrobe, and private ensuite.



Relaxation & recreation

Unwind in the spa-inspired top floor with a steam room, dry sauna, and dimmable lighting for quiet moments. The dedicated yoga room features mats, a TV, and Bose sound system for stretching or meditation. Evenings invite movie time in the cozy media room with surround sound, or stargazing from the private deck’s hot tub.

The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with granite countertops, a gas range, and stainless steel appliances. Ski access

During winter months, ski access is available via a trail leading to the Lower Olympic run, ending with a descent down over 100 stairs into the Northern Lights neighborhood. Ski-out follows the same route in reverse, with a short climb and hike. Many guests choose to drive or taxi two minutes to Whistler Village for gondola access.



Neighborhood

Set in the peaceful Northern Lights enclave, you’ll enjoy a quiet mountain atmosphere just above Whistler Village. It’s a short drive or taxi ride to the gondolas, dining, and shops. Ski access is seasonal via the Lower Olympic trail, with a stair descent to the neighborhood.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. Other Things to Note:

• Construction Notice Summer 2025: Please be aware that a nearby property is undergoing a renovation starting in August 2025. During August and September, guests in Northern Lights 45 may experience construction noise from activities such as concrete grinding, rock excavation, and the operation of construction vehicles.

• Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
