The Space:

Snow settles quietly across the hillside as you step into a warm retreat above Whistler Village, where crisp winter air meets the glow of an indoor fireplace and evenings unfold in peaceful mountain stillness. After time on the slopes, you can ease into the private hot tub as flakes drift overhead or settle into calm wellness spaces designed for slow, restorative moments.



Living areas

Vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows frame the surrounding peaks, creating an inviting place to gather after cold winter days. The main lounge opens to a spacious deck with a private hot tub and BBQ grill, offering a sheltered spot for fresh-air breaks between fireside hours. A cozy media room with surround sound and an additional fireplace provides a dedicated space for movie nights or relaxed downtime.



Sleeping arrangements

The townhouse sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and six beds, with each space offering comfort and privacy. The primary suite includes a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite bath with a soaker tub and heated floors. A second bedroom features a king-split bed and a private balcony, and another bedroom includes a twin bunk bed ideal for younger guests. Two lower-level bedrooms each include a king-split bed, wardrobe, and ensuite. Extra pillows, blankets, and clothing storage help ensure a restful stay throughout your visit.



Relaxation and wellness

The top floor is dedicated to unwinding at your own pace, featuring a steam room, dry sauna, and yoga room equipped with mats and a Bose sound system. Whether you're stretching out after skiing or settling into a quiet evening routine, this floor offers a calm, restorative setting.



Kitchen and dining

A well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a gas range, and stainless steel appliances supports easy home cooking throughout your stay. The dining table seats eight, while a breakfast bar for three creates a convenient spot for early mornings before heading out to the mountain.



Amenities and practical comforts

You’ll have insuite laundry, heating, portable fans, wifi, a dedicated workspace, and home safety essentials including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. A private entrance with a smart lock allows seamless self check-in. Parking includes a single-car garage with gear storage and boot warmers, plus additional space in the driveway. Guests also have access to bathroom essentials, a safe, clothing storage, and a TV.



Seasonal ski access

Intermediate skiers can reach the Lower Olympic run via a seasonal trail that ends above the Northern Lights neighborhood. The route requires descending roughly 100 stairs to reach the townhouse, and ski-out follows the same path in reverse with guests climbing the stairs to reconnect with the trail. Ski access is seasonal and typically available from late December through March depending on snow conditions. Whistler Village and the gondolas are about two minutes away by car or taxi.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. The location blends alpine seclusion with unbeatable proximity to dining, shopping, and lifts, making it ideal for those seeking both tranquility and convenience.

Other Things to Note:

• Construction Notice Summer 2025: Please be aware that a nearby property is undergoing a renovation starting in August 2025. During August and September, guests in Northern Lights 45 may experience construction noise from activities such as concrete grinding, rock excavation, and the operation of construction vehicles.

• Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
