The Space:

Soft winter light filters through floor-to-ceiling windows as you look out toward Whistler Mountain, the quiet forest rising around the home. After a day on the slopes, you can settle into the warmth of the indoor fireplace or step outside to feel the cool air drifting over the patio while the hot tub steams beside you. Evenings invite time together, whether gathered by the fire, sharing a meal, or settling into the media room for a film.



Sleeping arrangements

Spread across three levels, the home offers space for up to fourteen guests with seven bedrooms and ten beds. Each bedroom includes its own ensuite bathroom. The primary suite features a walk-through closet, fireplace, and an ensuite with a double vanity and deep-soaker tub. Five additional bedrooms each include a queen-sized bed with an ensuite and walk-in shower. On the lower level, a bunk room includes two queen-sized bunk beds, a TV, a game console, and a double vanity bathroom. A powder room near the media room adds extra convenience.

A private outdoor pool is available all year and open 24 hours, and a private hot tub sits nearby for unwinding after winter adventures. Located in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, the home sits in a private forest setting above Creekside. The private Kadenwood Gondola is a short three-minute walk away and provides access to Creekside Village and the Creekside Gondola. Ski-out access is nearby and suited to intermediate skiers, while ski-in is possible via the Kadenwood trail depending on snow conditions.

While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.



Getting Around:

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.



Other Things to Note:

• Nearby Construction Noise Possible. A homesite near Kadenwood Winterfell is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits construction from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. No further construction compensation will be offered.

• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
