The Space:

Soft winter light filters through floor-to-ceiling windows as you look out toward Whistler Mountain, the quiet forest rising around the home. After a day on the slopes, you can settle into the warmth of the indoor fireplace or step outside to feel the cool air drifting over the patio while the hot tub steams beside you. Evenings invite time together, whether gathered by the fire, sharing a meal, or settling into the media room for a film.



Sleeping arrangements

Spread across three levels, the home offers space for up to fourteen guests with seven bedrooms and ten beds. Each bedroom includes its own ensuite bathroom. The primary suite features a walk-through closet, fireplace, and an ensuite with a double vanity and deep-soaker tub. Five additional bedrooms each include a queen-sized bed with an ensuite and walk-in shower. On the lower level, a bunk room includes two queen-sized bunk beds, a TV, a game console, and a double vanity bathroom. A powder room near the media room adds extra convenience.



Outdoor living

The outdoor spaces bring together fresh mountain air and year-round comfort. A private outdoor pool is available all year and open 24 hours, and a private hot tub sits nearby for unwinding after winter adventures. The patio includes outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill, creating a place to relax even in the colder months.



Kitchen and dining

The main kitchen is open-plan with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and high-quality appliances, with a separate butler kitchen offering additional prep space. The breakfast bar seats six, and the dining table comfortably seats fourteen, giving you room to gather after a day exploring the mountain.



Entertainment and relaxation

On the lower level, the media and games room includes a home cinema system and an adjoining billiards room with a wet bar. Multiple TVs and wifi keep you connected, while the indoor fireplace and heating offer cozy retreats throughout the home. A pool table, media room, and the warmth of the fire help set the tone for relaxed winter evenings.



Practical details

A private elevator connects all three floors, and a mudroom with ski racks and boot warmers supports time on the mountain. In-suite laundry, an AC split type ductless system, heating, and bedroom and bathroom essentials add comfort throughout your stay. Parking includes a free parking garage on the premises, along with a private entrance for ease of access. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.



Neighborhood

Located in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, the home sits in a private forest setting above Creekside. The private Kadenwood Gondola is a short three-minute walk away and provides access to Creekside Village and the Creekside Gondola. Ski-out access is nearby and suited to intermediate skiers, while ski-in is possible via the Kadenwood trail depending on snow conditions.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.



Getting Around:

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.



Other Things to Note:

• Nearby Construction Noise Possible. A homesite near Kadenwood Winterfell is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits construction from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. No further construction compensation will be offered.

• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
