The Space:

Soft winter light filters through the floor-to-ceiling windows as you look out over snow-laced evergreens and the quiet slopes of Whistler’s mountains. Crisp alpine air greets you when you step onto the deck, and in the evenings you can settle into the warmth of the indoor fireplace while the forest settles into stillness around you. With ski access available seasonally, the home offers a peaceful retreat high above the valley floor.



Sleeping arrangements

Seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms provide room for your group to unwind after days in the snow. Two primary suites each include a king bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and ensuite with a deep soaker tub and glass-enclosed shower. Additional bedrooms offer a mix of king and queen beds, each with its own ensuite and TV. A seventh bedroom includes a single bed, crib, and an ensuite with a step-in shower and bathtub combo.



Living areas

The open-plan main level is designed for gathering, with a spacious lounge centered around an indoor fireplace and large windows that frame mountain views. The dining table seats ten, and the adjoining kitchen includes the space and appliances you need to prepare meals at home. A media room offers a TV, sofa, fireplace, and table tennis, while a dedicated workspace and wifi support those who need to stay connected. The home also includes a washer, dryer, essentials, hangers, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, an iron, and clothing storage.



Entertainment and recreation

After time on the slopes, you can relax in the hot tub, warm up by the outdoor firepit, or settle into the media room for a quiet evening. A gym with a power rack, cable machine, and dumbbells offers additional ways to stay active during your stay. Portable fans, heating, and home safety features such as a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher are provided.



Outdoor living

The main deck offers seating and views across the valley, while the lower deck includes the hot tub, outdoor firepit, and a mounted TV. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill provide additional options for time outside, with a private entrance and a backyard setting surrounded by forest.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen includes the essentials for cooking your own meals, along with a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, hot water kettle, coffee maker, blender, toaster, wine glasses, baking sheet, and barbecue utensils. A dining table offers a place to share meals before or after exploring the surrounding mountains.



Neighborhood

Set in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, the home sits 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a quiet forest setting above Creekside. Guests can reach shops, restaurants, and the slopes via the private gondola, a four-minute ride from the neighborhood base. Ski-out access is approximately 200 meters away, with trails linking directly to Whistler Mountain’s runs.



Parking and services

The property includes a free parking garage on the premises, a 2-car garage, self check-in with a smart lock. Long term stays are welcome.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.



Getting Around:

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.



Other Things to Note:

• Construction in Kadenwood. The homesite next to Kadenwood Bellevue is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.

• Exterior security cameras. There are exterior security cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
