Nice condo in a convenient location to Whistler activities. Kitchen had basic utensils. Washer and dryer are a plus. Living room and dining table each have seating for 4. The private hot tub at this condo was well-maintained, but the patio covering gives it a cave atmosphere while in the hot tub. The complex’s hot tub always had kids in it, and the jets did not appear to be working. Garage parking is very tight. Be careful using the washer, as a strip of foam is supposed to hold the lid up but the lid eventually falls - on your arm or head as you load or remove your clothes. :( Be most aware that the unit with its entry sharing the back patio has a doorbell camera directly facing this unit’s hot tub. We found this to be very invasive since someone has access to all conversations and activities on the back patio (and not just of the people accessing their unit). This should not be allowed.

Very nice overall. The fridge wasn’t very cold and would make noise. The dishwasher cycle was very long for a normal wash. The property was well maintained and great for a family. Enjoyed the close location to the village and hike/bike access. The private hot tub was well received.

Great location, walkable distance from the village, all shopping areas and restaurants, having a hot tub on the patio was an absolute bonus as the communal pool and hot tub are just in fair condition but private hot tub seemed to be well maintained. Gym beside the pool was underwhelming if you like to workout during your holiday. It has just one treadmill and one elliptical but no weights. Owner Trevor was very quick to respond to any emails with questions and was quite helpful. We will for sure come back to this property to stay again!

This is my fourth time staying at Glacier’s Reach and the second time at this particular unit. It’s a perfect quiet getaway for me to unwind. I’m usually too burnt out to go out exploring Whistler, so the private hot tub is usually where I spend a lot of my time. As a solo traveller, I always feel safe in this area.

The room was not clean. Dirty dishes, dirty mouldy coffee maker, dust caked on blinds, one of the toilets was not flushed from a previous guest. Lack of communication with owner which led to us not able to access the unit at check in. Had to engage Expedia support to actually connect to owner and finally get access to unit. Overall, good location however this unit is seriously neglected and is in need of a proper clean.

Parking wasn’t ideal Wasn’t clear whose bbq it was because it was by our front door but Neighbors were using it during our dinner time. We were confused. Hot tub is located at someone else’s front door which was incredibly weird when they checked in and we were in our hot tub.

We stayed for 2 nights. Place was clean and close to the market place. My only criticism is I wish there is a sign from the main door going to the living. It was quiet deep and not ideal for elderly.

I liked the deck top hot tub, comfy bed and quiet neighborhood. The apartment was cozy and had lots of towels and utensils for cooking. It was very clean and well appointed. The gas fireplace did not work but other than that it was a great visit!
