The place is very clean, looks elegant. The lady at the desk was nice, helpful and informative. Haven’t explored much on their amenities. But overall, we’re satisfied with our choice of the hotel, quite costly but worth it.
We booked this hotel at the last minute and picked the cheapest option available in Whistler's Village. It turned out to be super cute! The room had a little kitchen, as I assume most people spend more than one night at Whistler's Village. It also had a fireplace, which must be so nice in the winter. My only complaint was the space was pretty tight where the bed was. It was really close to the wall, but it wasn't a major issue for us. The bathroom was huge and very nice. The supplied toiletries were nice as well. I still have the lotion. The staff was so friendly- especially the guy who checked us in. Overall enjoyed this hotel room and wish we could have stayed longer.
We stayed in a micro suite and we knew that the room would be smaller, which we were fine with. The room was very cold when we arrived and figured out that we had to take an old, dented space heater that was sitting on the ground right when we walked in, and plug that in for heat. For what we paid, I would expect newer and nicer. Otherwise the stay was great.

I liked that the staff manager AJ helped me right away at Executive - The Inn at Whistler Village. Also the front dest person at check in and when I told them a mirror landed on me and my son. I like how they accomodated us and switched us room right away to a more child friendly room. I did not like that a big heavy wall mirror landed on my son and I and that staff did not provided ice, first aid, or check in later in the day how my son or I were. I bruised my arm as the mirror landed on my arm and the tip hit a bit of my son's head. Someone following up after this incident would have been nice, or even just offering ice. The move of one building to another was great help and the 2nd building had cleaner rooms and safer child friendly rooms.
This hotel advertises that they have a pool and hot tub and they don't... We were told to walk across the street to their other hotel. They didn't even have a change room. We were told to change in a dirty bathroom and run down the hall to the pool in a towel. There was nowhere to shower off afterwards either. The hotel booking was completely misleading. The suite itself was old and the kitchen didn't even have a proper stove. It was some old plug in heat plate. We ended up leaving a day early. We will not stay at this hotel again
