The room was just perfect. I had a small patio, and windows I could open. They staff provided me a log to burn in my fireplace. The place smelled of campfire. The bathroom is small, no tub. Worth it! 😊
Everything was fine until we found moldy food in the fridge .We could not use the fridge .Very diappointed your cleaners are not doing there job ,not cleaning thd fridge is bad for all visitors ,do nog recommed the place at all until they clean up therd act .
Very good accommodation, rooms quite boutique. Hotel right in the centre of the village with easy access to local facilities, shops and restaurants. Village very pleasant to walk around. Visited during the 'quiet' season and would recommend but location of the hotel might be less quiet during the busy times.
This is probably the best value in Whistler, great location and the rooms are overall well kept and clean. This is an older hotel so the layout to get to your room can be a bit confusing, but like anything when I am on holiday, I laugh about it, chalk it up to an experience and move on. We had a loft bedroom with a small balcony and kitchen. Loved the Kuerig machine in our room and want to thank housekeeping for providing extra coffee pods the second day as the weather was bad and we spent extra time in our room. I would definately stay here again.
Really good hotel with walking distance things to do. Gondola is 2 min walk and many other things r walking distance. Price is also fair. Only reason 1 star short is because u have to pay for parking which is $30/night/car. I would think they waive this. But overall, excellent staff and amazing location.
Booked a room for this hotel all the way back in February for a Labor Day Weekend visit. I made sure to call and confirm the reservation two days prior to our arrival and was told we were good to go. After a full day of travel, we arrived to check in and were told that our reservation had been cancelled. The reason they gave me was that they were unable to charge my credit card (which was no where near it's limit and worked fine booking another room). They never made any attempt to get in touch with us about the issue and, as it was a busy weekend, we were worried we wouldn't be able to find a place to stay. Front desk staff seemed to not care at all about the situation, except to offer a room that didn't have enough beds for our party, as they said it was the last room they had available. Thankfully, Whistler Inn and Suites was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a place to stay for our trip. I can highly recommend Whistler Inn and Suites, but suggest avoiding the Executive.
We weren't allowed into our rooms half hour before check in, and no flexibility on check out either. Rooms are so tight and hard to move around, especially if you have little kids in strollers. Location is good though.
Hotel was clean and in perfect location. The ladies at the front desk were so very helpful with the questions we had. We used the hot tub at the Mountainside which wasn't a long walk, about 2 minutes, which was nice. Overall, I had a great weekend! I will definitely be going back.
Clean, comfortable, little balcony to look over The Stroll, can get a bit noisy at night, so they provide earplugs, when you have a room that faces The Stroll, used then on one occasion. Staff were all very helpful, if I went back there I would consider staying again.
I stayed at this hotel last winter in a micro queen room and it was fun. This time I had a studio and it was much better but just as fun. Clean, modern, cozy, comfortable. Service is a bit unattended which seems normnal if you only have 1 employee. But it was magnificent and wll trust this establishment forever,
