Great staff. Super close to the gondola and perfect place for exploring the village. Ski storage/valet is great. Room was smaller than I expected but clean enough and quiet. They’ll even give you a wax log to burn in the fireplace if you want to get cost.

I truly enjoy my stay—loved the woodburning fireplace in my room. Perfect for a cozy winter ski trip. There are opportunities for minor cosmetic/maintenance improvements, but the rooms were clean and kitchen well-appointed. Would certainly stay again. The friendly staff was also a plus!

The hotel is super cute and quaint with a European feel. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful! We loved the fireplace and the loft room. The location is great! But our fridge wasn’t cleaned out and we weren’t informed that there weren’t elevators to all the rooms (for example - half of the third floor was not elevator accessible). It’s a fine accommodation if you don’t have heavy bags.
