The room was great! Much bigger than what we anticipated. A bit on the warm side but we opened the window and let it air for a bit to cool down. I think they sell themselves short on their "light bites". We had a lovely lunch in the hotel on the day of arrival. A very tasty celeriac soup and salmon sandwich. Everyone was catered for, kids and people with allergens alike. The same goes for breakfast, plenty to choose from and lovely staff. I'm sure we'll be back again.

Almost made it to the toilet!

We booked in for a night while travelling home from West Cork. Stayed many times in Westport over the years, but first time here. Check in was welcoming and Room 204 which I paid an upgrade for was a good size. There was a funny smell in the room and I noticed an air freshener above the TV unit. The Bathroom was spacious and had a good walk-in shower. The toilet however had urine stains behind the seat and obviously had not been cleaned properly which was disgusting. Breakfast was extra but was very good.
