Western Illinois Vacation Packages

We booked this hotel back in June. When we arrived at the hotel, unbeknownst to us, there was Music Festival outside at the bar next door. They started playing at 3:45pm. We found out this would be happening Friday and Saturday night during our visit. We told the hotel at 3:30 we would not be staying there that night nor the next. Since is was 30 minutes past the approved cancelation time, we were not able to get a refund. We were very disappointed to say the least.

Although the front desk was not staffed when we arrived, the keys to our rooms, along with the check-in documents, were on the desk waiting for us. I liked that.

The rooms & linens were clean & ready for us when we arrived. Our reservations were easily checked-in & good to go. The atmosphere was pretty quiet. The staff was friendly & helpful when needed. There were some questionable people hanging around downstairs & outside when we got there but the staff quickly made them vacate & were cleaning up the property! It's welcoming & comfortable, even with kids! We enjoyed our stay even though we weren't there for a joyous occasion. We will stay here again!
