This was a very clean and nice albeit basic place to stay along our NE tour. We got the room on the Atlantic side which was basic but comfortable. The manager was nice enough to run across the street to grab some ice for us. Very thankful for that. Coffee served in the AM next to the office.

The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach. Our room was basic but quite large and very clean with A sink, mini fridge, lots of drawers and closet space, bathroom with a shower. Nothing fancy but a great value at this beautiful location. there are stairs to climb, no elevator. The balcony is shared with other rooms but there is plenty of space and you have your own picnic table and chairs. Easy to walk to cafes and a few small shops.
