Asked for ground floor. Didnt get it. Parking was an issue

The receptionist was not very friendly, and the reception office smelled moldy and old. The maid came to the room and did not make the beds. They only put more toilet paper in the bathroom.

Decent place to stay, value for your money when traveling with a family of 6. Got the 3 queen bedroom. Other hotels were charging double the rate.

price and location where convenient, customer service was limited but the help was efficient when available. the only downer was the no breakfast included in comparison with competition near by,

when doing a survey, you should not try to get more than what the interviewee is willing to give.

I'm sure it was not the staffs problem but they were trying to service two hotels with one night clerk so there was no one available when we arrived...... The hotel is similar to a Motel 6 worth about 60 or $70 tonight not the $175 they charged me..... ridiculous....... the bed and pillows were the worst I've had to deal with in a long long time

Kitchen table broken, place a camera lenses on it fell down two thousand dollars demage.

Room was clean and spacious, but hotel was undergoing renovation and area was dirty and cluttered. Wi-Fi was abysmal and slowed to unusable if more than 3 or 4 people in the entire hotel were using it. Desk staff was working in 3 hotels and was only presentation during checkin time. Virtually no amenities. Not even a phone in the room to call anyone for service.

The hotels in West Yellowstone are quite pricy as are other cities in the vicinity of yellowstone and Grand Teton. But that does not justify the price that I paid for the room. I got one queen size bed with none of the amenities that comes with the price that I paid. The bedding seemed decades old as were the towels, VERY basic toiletries, no breakfast, and no microwave/refrigerator. And there was no offer to provide additional toiletries if you forget anything. Youre better off bringing your own stuff. There was nothing to justify the price. The town itself was very run down with very little to offer. I got much better rooms in Jackson Hole and Grandier for the same price and they were booked at the same time. The staff was nice though.

If it is the last place left available there is a reason!! take your money that you would pay for the room and wash in gas station bathroom and sleep in your car!!

This hotel was perfect for our purpose. Great location. Comfortable and clean rooms.

The room was clean and beds comfortable, otherwise the room offered nothing ! TV, chairs, wi-fi, towels all were less than acceptable.

I guess you just expect more for the price, seems like the business model here is make it as uncomfortable as possible to get people to leave as early as they can.
