One of the hotel staffs was rude and not courteous at all. Bathroom sink and toilet was clogged and when asked to fix it, he made us wait and was very unresponsive. The maintenance staff came an hour later than what was told. We were not even given a spare bathroom to freshen up when asked for it. He blamed it on us for clogging the bathroom. Definitely not worth your money!! There are better hotels around this area.

The property is a bit old, but comfortable. The room is quite large. There is no in-room coffee, nor included breakfast, and on our post-Labor Day stay, the town was asleep at 6:30 a.m., and only a few places were open by 7, so that's a concern if the hotel doesn't include breakfast and you're trying to get a jump on the crowds to the park gate (there was almost no line at 7:45 anyhow mid-September). Overall, I might look to find a property with breakfast rather than stay here again, but it certainly was worth a repeat if breakfast isn't a concern.

The property is close to the entrance of the national park but the property needs to do a better job of keeping up the condition. It is in need of many repairs. Also the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. I cannot recommend this motel to others.
