Enjoy Cape Cod from this beautiful newly renovated home! With 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, one 1/2 bath, it sleeps up to 10 very comfortably. This house offers two levels living with central A/C throughout. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, comfy living area with a 36" TV, formal dining room with seating for 8, and one primary bedroom with a king sized bed, 36"TV, & beautiful en suite bathroom with stand up shower. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, the second with a double sized bed (new mattress for 2023) , and the third with four twin sized beds(two sets of bunk beds). There is also a full bath on the second floor with tub/shower combination. Less than 1.5 mile to Seagull Beach. Amenities include gas grill, outdoor furniture, outdoor shower, washer/dryer and wireless internet, ping-pong table! Gather the family and book this great home for your summer vacation today! There are exterior surveillance cameras in the yard. Short getaways available with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Perfect for our family vacation!
This property was exactly as described! Very clean and close to everything. This house had everything. Some things are in need of being replaced, mostly the kitchen chairs, but nothing major. One main thing that was a nuisance it not a huge deal was the fire alarm system is very sensitive! Make sure you keep the door to the laundry room closed when you run the dryer or if you take a shower in the master bathroom keep the bedroom door closed…like I said , it’s very sensitive! The house is spacious, clean, and has plenty of supplies! We would definitely stay there again!

Nice house but poorly setup
Livingroom furniture was insufficient to accommodate more than 4 quests, no gas in BBQ and the kitchen was not well furnished.
