It was quiet. The rooms were nice. The staff was friendly. Good Breakfast. Was just in town for a couple of days, didn't really spend much time there. I liked it, and I would use this hotel again if I was in the area.

We've stayed there about once a year since it was a Ramada (I think). The rooms are adequate size with a fridge and microwave. They have a workout room and indoor pool that are also adequate. The staff were pleasant. The room was not filthy, it seemed that it was vacuumed and wiped down, but it could really use a good scrub, move furniture, shampoo carpet, whatever. There was a strong, sour smell at the head of both beds from the floor. We could hear the people on the floor above us, but not beside us. Odd? Except for that, I have no complaints. The rates are competitive for the area and the location is convenient for me. I will say I enjoy their breakfasts. Its the usual fare of toast, yogurt, mediocre pastries, etc. But the eggs, sausage and potatoes taste fresh. The coffee isn't special, but its not bad either. For small town in a non-resort area, they do a good job and I'll probably be back on my next trip.

This hotel and the room was very nice and clean. The bed squeaked when turning over in the night which was annoying but overall a very nice room. The breakfast was very good as well. Would stay here again

we had been on the road all day and ready for a good nights sleep. The Quality Inn is a great place to stay in West Plains Mo. The people at the front desk made us feel welcome and gave us a nice clean room on the first floor. The bed was great and we got a good nights sleep so we were ready for our next day on the road. We will stay again.

This is the Best Place to stay in West Plains. We have stayed here several times and have always been happy with the service and our room was always beautiful and easy to stay in since I am in a wheelchair. We will certainly stay again when we come to West Plains.

I was extremely disappointed in the stay at this hotel. Getting off the elevator onto the 3rd floor, there was a weird smell. The smell carried into our room as well. The room itself was not very clean. After the first night we called about housekeeping not really cleaning the room and they apologized. The next day it still wasn't what I'd call clean. They had left extra mints though???? Really... didn't change the sheets the entire time we were there (5 nights), yet because this hotel allowed pets, but wasn't what I'd call pet friendly we had to eat in our room where there was no table and so i had gotten syrup on the bed. She still didn't replace the sheets. They only wiped down the nightstand 1 time and that was only after I commented on it. We seriously considered switching hotels. Unfortunately the choices in West Plains weren't great for anyone traveling with a pet over 50 lbs. Every staff member we spoke to just seemed indifferent. Definitely not helpful. My suggestion would be to find another hotel.

We checked in to the Quality Inn and were totally exhausted!! There was unpleasant odor in both the hall and room. The decorations in the room were modern and very pleasing. When I turned down the bedding, the bottom sheet was rumpled and disarrayed. The sheets HAD NOT been changed from the previous guest!!!!! I immediately called the front desk and explained the situation. I ask if she could come to our room. Within moments she arrived. She looked at the bed, began straightening the sheet, and explained that there were no hairs, indicating that it was clean, but as we examined the sheet there were several hairs to which she had no explanation. There were also holes in the sheet. Her next response was to provide us with sheets to change the bed. There was also dust and crumbs close to the bedside table. We explained that we did not feel comfortable staying in a hotel where the sheets are not changed between guests and the floors are not thoroughly vacuumed. We ask for a refund to which she agreed. We checked into the Holiday Inn Express which was immaculate. We enjoyed a very relaxing and comfortable stay!

Stayed here 2 nights. Chose it based on the good reviews & was not steered wrong. Clean, comfortable bed & hot breakfast including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage plus biscuits & gravy. Had everything we needed at a reasonable rate. Would stay here again.

I was surprised to find such a modern, updated hotel in West Plains. We also needed a place that allowed dogs and I was "aiming low". Instead we got a great room, nicely decorated, with a quiet air conditioner, and a clean bathroom. The staff was friendly and nice. There is a dog deposit of $20. It was worth it. I highly recommend this hotel. We did not eat breakfast there so I cannot comment.

We stay almost exclusively at Choice hotels. Some are better than others. Some we pass over just based on reviews. This Quality Inn is a gem. Attention has been paid to every detail. Everything was clean, well maintained and functional. Breakfast was as good as you will find anywhere at any hotel price. We rarely travel the same road twice, but if we're ever back near West Plains we will stay here.
