The best part of my stay was working with your staff, Janel & Cody were wonderful. The room phone did not work at all, Cody had to come up & put a new HDMI cable on the TV because it was not working at all & while hanging up jeans the hangar broke so for one night not so good. Janel & Cody went above and beyond to help and were a God send. The room was alright but with all due respect nothing to write home to mom about. Also, I would highly suggest that there be other choices concerning bedding, the comforter is way to heavy & hot.

Very lacking staff. As an 83 year old woman who had driven from Birmingham, I asked to be allowed to enter my room a little early. Denied. I left and found another (Hampton Inn) who accommodated me. I went back in and asked for the room to be cancelled. She said no but I could go to my room now!!! I’m out the money I already paid! I will not ever stay at Baymont.

The staff was good but unprofessional when taking a cigarette break just outside the main entry. Holes in bathroom wall. Lampshades cracked. Floor was swept but dirty. Bed was great! Good breakfast. No elevator to second floor.

Night staff baked homemade chocolate chip cookies!! (He loves to cook!) For the price, a good deal. There needs to be much more maintaince in the rooms though. Small things add up over time. Room was very clean. It smelled lovely. Bed very comfortable.

Young man at check in was very nice. The hotel is a little dated. The bathtub would barely drain due to a plumbing problem. The cieling was perling ab9ve the shower head. The room smelled like weed and cigarettes...i guess it wasnt a nonsmoking room after all. The girl at check out with piercing was a little short and snippy with us.
