Frustrated. Front desk didn't have my reservation despite being paid in advance. Who's at fault?

When we got there the lady put us in the wrong room and we were not thrilled about it. But the next day a new worker made it right, put us in the right room (a nicer room) and didnt charge us for it. He was very friendly and made everything comfortable. We think the first host was new or something so overall they made it right and recommend staying here if given the chance. Its kind of in the middle of nowhere so its peaceful and quiet.

When I searched for a room in the area, this was the only one had a room left. The room had bad smell. The location is a little far from others, but not too bad. It’s ok for staying one night.

DON"T STAY HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BED BUGS! ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED, RESTOCKED OR BEDS MADE DAILY.

Alejandro, Our sincere apologies, if using an alternative booking site, it does not always show on our end immediately. It is my understanding that the front desk did find your reservation by going to the third party website and was able to check you in. Sorry you were not satisfied with your stay. Since the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic began, we do not refresh rooms during "stays" unless personally requested by the guest to ensure our guests are the only one who enters their room once they have checked in. Our staff are prohibited from entering a room after a guest checks in. This is for the safety of all our guests and staff. I do not know why you posted bed bugs. There were and are no bed bugs in any of our rooms. All rooms are thoroughly cleaned and checked at each checkout. We are known for our cleanliness and continue to receive excellent comments. I appreciate your post so we can clarify our efforts to protect our guests from Covid. Blessings, Ryan
