The villa features 3 calming bedrooms designed for restorative sleep. One room offers a king bed and the second bedroom has two full bed, each with soft linens, ambient lighting, and ample storage in the main house. Then the guest house has 1 queen and one full bathroom (shower currently unavailable) is stocked with fresh towels and premium toiletries to enhance your comfort.

A car or rideshare is recommended — Uber and Lyft are available throughout Northwood Hills and typically arrive in under 5 minutes. Nearest grocery: Publix on 45th Street (~5 min). Nearest pharmacy: Walgreens (~5 min). Clematis Street dining: ~10 min. Palm Beach Island and beach access: ~12 min. Peanut Island park: ~8 min.

Pool Heating Fee - A $25/day fee applies if you would like the pool heater turned on. Please let us know the night before your check-in so we can arrange for our team to have it ready prior to your arrival.

Pool & Pool Heating Policy

• The pool is included as a standard amenity.
• Pool heating is NOT included in the reservation and is considered an optional add-on service.
• Pool heating fee: $25 per day.
• Advance notice is required (at least the night before check-in).
• The heater typically takes 24–30 hours to warm the pool.

– During colder weather (around 70°F or below), the heater may not reach high temperatures. Water temperature depends on outdoor conditions.
– Because pool heating is an optional paid add-on and not a standard amenity, availability and performance may vary based on weather conditions.

Lost & Found Policy:
Please double-check the property before checkout to ensure you have all of your belongings. While we are not responsible for items left behind, we will do our best to assist with locating and returning found items when possible.
Guests are responsible for arranging and covering all shipping or pickup costs. Priority assistance is given to essential items such as passports, IDs, wallets, keys, medications, phones, laptops, and other valuable electronics.
Found items may be held for up to 14 days, subject to storage availability. Unclaimed items may be donated or discarded after this period. Please note that we cannot guarantee the recovery or return of lost items.
