Our residence is surrounded by West Palm Beach's most historical and affluent neighborhoods our home offers convenient access to a plethora of attractions and activities. Minutes away from the Convention Center, explore the lively Clematis Street with its bustling nightlife, dine at trendy restaurants, or immerse yourself in art and culture at nearby museums and galleries. The sparkling beaches are just a short drive away, offering you the chance to soak up the sun and surf to your heart's content. You will be able to walk to everything in minutes.

Only 2 miles to downtown, relatively close to the beach, Palm Beach International Airport and the Brightline. Boutiques, restaurants, antique row are just a steps away.

The house is centrally located in the Heart of West Palm Beach, near shops and commodities. Nonetheless, having a car in South Florida is most often essential and practical particularly when you have access to free parking at the property. Uber is also great for acquiring inexpensive rides nearby. You can also acquire a ride from the trolley that picks up people at City Place or order a free circuit ride through the app.

For additional safety the property is equipped with outdoor security cameras facing the parking and the backyard.

2. We ask our guest to respect our neighbors and keep the noise level reasonable.
3. No parties, smoking or recreational drugs of any kind allowed on premises.
4. Please be kind to our furniture and property. Do not rearrange the furniture.
5. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dinning room.
6. Guest that are not on the reservation are not permitted.
7. Damages and extra cleaning will be charged to credit card on file.
8. Be respectful of check in and check out times. Our cleaning team needs the full time to clean the house spotless for your stay.
