Perfect Home!

We had the BEST time. The home had everything we needed and was in the perfect location. It was extremely clean. The hosts were very accommodating as well!! Will definitely be back soon.

Beautiful Home

This house was beautiful and the location was great. One thing to note is the back bedrooms with the double beds and the other room attached does not have air. It was very hot. They did have a portable air but it didn’t cool the rooms. It was uncomfortable for the kids but it would have been unbearable for adults. Otherwise this property was perfect!! Beautiful!!

Excellent property and totally recommend...

We were four adults and three children..5, 8 and 10...this was our second stay at Santa Lucia and found the property perfect for us. The layout is great and it is light and airy in feel...all of the rooms have TV's and though we didn't need to use them all it works nicely for those who might. The kitchen is great and the laundry so easy to use. Everyone had a wonderful trip!

This House is a Trojan Horse

Be careful booking this house. We stayed here in November 2024 for a wedding at the Breakers. We were staying for 6 days total, and had 11 guests. From the photos, the house looked like an oasis - and we were so excited for our stay. But upon arrival, we realized that it was a bit smoke and mirrors. The house is more dated than the photos make it appear, think chipping paint and stains on the furniture. We also arrived to a house that was not clean - even though were were told that a professional cleaning service and "managers" were used to ensure it was spotless. There were ants in the showers, food scraps on the patio, and hair all over the furniture. If that wasn't bad enough, we had wifi issues throughout our entire stay. The wifi only really works in the living room, so this was less than ideal for the three of us that were working from there, as well as anyone who wanted to enjoy music out by the pool. I alerted the management company about the wifi, but because we were working remotely from there - we were not able to find a good time during the week for a technician to come in person. Then, when I requested a tech to come on the weekend, I was told they don't work weekends. When I expressed frustration with this issue, the manager blamed me for not allowing the tech to interrupt our work day. Overall, a pretty crappy experience. And of course, when we tried to get reimbursed afterwards for our inconvenience - we were told that this was all considered minor.

Beautiful home, great location, spacious and clean

We stayed for a long weekend for my bachelorette trip. The home was spacious, easily accommodated 9 girls (3 girls per bathroom), almost all had their own bed/room. The home was clean and fully stocked with pretty much everything you could imagine! The pool and backyard was great, and the location is fantastic in a safe neighborhood. Hosts were responsive and very friendly! Will 100% stay here again if I come back to West Palm!!

Paradise in Palm Beach!

The house is gorgeous and roomy and the location is ideal. 2 blocks from the water and less than 10 min drive to Palm Beach public beach.

The ideal location for a girls weekend

This place is a gem and has almost everything you need to get your weekend getaway started. We loved having a pool for morning coffee, afternoon swims and evening gathering and everything was perfectly spacious for our group. I so appreciated the communication with the host as well as the proximity to everything we wanted to experience. Love, love, love. 6/5 stars!

A Gem

We enjoyed our vacation in this home very much. The layout is well thought out, with areas to gather if you want to watch t.v., sit and chat or hang outside. It came with all the amenities you could want down to the kitchen utensils. Towels and linens were clean and of good quality, and the place was extremely clean. We would stay again without a second thought.

Great property

There were 8 of us and the house fit us perfectly. It is very centrally located. The host was super responsive and communicated well as we had a power outage due to a rain storm. Would definitely return.
