- Second-floor master bedroom: Features a king size bed to accommodate 2 guests, ensuite bathroom with double vanities, and a walk-in shower.

PLEASE NOTE
- 8 guest max.
- No smoking inside - If you smoke anything inside you will be charged $850 for an ozone smoke mitigation treatment.
- The pool is cleaned every Wednesday.
- Landscaping services are done every Friday.
- Pest control varies and is all exterior.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire house and outdoor features are for your private use during your stay. Parking for two vehicles in the driveway and street parking.
