Over all the property and its location were beautiful! Lots of games and activities for the kids, as well as the adults. We would definitely stay here again.

It was lovely. The only thing concerning was the drive up to the property. A warning about the narrow steep road is important. It was nerve wracking in the daylight and a little frightening in the dark. But the cottage is nice the view is great.

Amazing views

We had an amazing time at this rental. The view alone is worth a stay. The property was clean and exactly as listed. The house was fully stocked with anything you might need from kitchen utensils to beach toys was provided. Thank you so much for making our beach vacation very comfortable and memorable. We hope to be back next year.

Perfect in every way!

Breathtaking views from the moment you walk in the door! This house was the perfect size for 4 adults and 4 kids ages 8-10. The house has everything you need in the kitchen and for the beach! Beds/pillows were very comfortable! Location is perfect as it is a 15 min drive to Holland or Grand Haven. I would highly recommend and cannot wait to return!

Well equipped home with beautiful views and direct beach access

We rented this property for its 3 bedrooms and beach access. The views are spectacular. There are 2 patios, one connects to the house and one 1/2 way down the staircase to the beach. Upper patio had a nice fire pit for s’mores and a barbecue with a very nice grill top. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cookwares to prepare a full meal. Plenty of dishwashing detergent and washing machine detergent. Downstairs has big picture windows and very comfortable furniture (looks new) with a full bathroom. The stairs are very steep up to the second floor. All 3 bedrooms are on upper floor. The bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and lots of pillow options The bedrooms are very tight. The beautiful sloped roof causes slanted celings, requiring adults to stoop to get into bed. One bedroom (queen bed) is pushed up against a wall, so you only have one sided entry into the bed. There are 2 bathrooms on the second level. Both are accessed from the hall. One is just a toilet and sink built into a sloped corner that again requires a bit of contorting. The main bathroom is small, but very functional with plenty of towels for the shower. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds-fabulous for small kids, but would be very tight for adults. We very much enjoyed this property for a small family gathering. It is NOT a property if you are mobility challenged because of the steep driveway, stairwell and beach access. The layout demands you spend your time downstairs or outside!

Exactly as pictured. Great stay. Great communication with property. Steps to the water most perfect place for sunsets in October. Literally best place for sunset!!! Definitely will stay again.
