Poor conditions for the price paid

Do not stay here. The property hasn't been thoroughly cleaned for a long time. There was mould in the bathroom, cobwebs in the property and it smelt musty. It had obviously not been aired in weeks/months. There was supposed to be a barbeque but this was not available which ruined our plans for our first night in the property. However, our main concern was for our safety. The house is in the Blue Mountains, very close to the current bush fires. Yet the property had a lot of dried vegetation in the gutters - no attempt had been made to clear this. We raised all of this with Hotels.com and the property agents but have yet to reach a satisfactory conclusion
