Sailor's View is a newly refurbished and high-spec 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment located in the sought-after Piermont Building overlooking Wellington Harbour. It has splendid views into and beyond Chaffers Marina, across Waitangi Park, and over to Oriental Bay. This is one of the best to live, and work, in Wellington for many reasons. The Piermont is opposite NZ's iconic Te Papa Museum and immediately next to Wellington's new Convention Centre, Takina, and two streets away from Cuba St.
The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is designed to capture the morning sun and harbour views. Large windows make the space bright and welcoming, while new furniture provides plenty of comfort. The lounge includes a sofa, armchairs, and swivel chairs by the balcony. A dining table seats six, and there is a 55” TV with sound bar, fibre internet, and both fixed and portable heating.
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, with a butler’s pantry, generous storage, and brand-new appliances. Guests will find a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, and a full range of cookware and dining essentials.
There are three bedrooms. The master has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third can be set up as a single, twin singles, or a queen. All bedrooms have new beds, quality linen, and attractive furnishings.
A second bathroom has also been fully renovated and is supplied with fresh towels and essentials.
Guests have access to a secure internal garage car park located close to the lift.

Loved our stay. The apartment was perfect. Great location so handy to everything. Lounge was spacious, comfy and easy to relax and enjoy the views. Spacious rooms, lovely decor and well equipped kitchen/dining. Everything spotless. Property manager super helpful. Car park in building really handy. Had everything we needed for a great stay in the city. We will be back!
