Good but not Great
I’ve rented many homes all over the world and I have to say this experience was somewhat disappointing. I received a list of rules and information about what the renters responsibilities were, but very little info about the landlords responsibilities. The house did not come with any bed linen or towels, a first in my experience. Usually a house comes provided with one or two dish towels, a trial size of dish washing liquid, a few dishwasher pods, etc. This house came with absolutely nothing. In addition the master bedroom dresser was missing a drawer, there was no iron or ironing board, the gas grill was filthy and one of the outdoor lounge chairs was damaged. Although this was reported to the rental agent, nothing was corrected although an iron and ironing board was dropped off. There was a problem with the availability of hot water. The four bathrooms could not sustain hot water. After three showers there was no hot water left. Given the rental cost for this house and our overall experience I would not recommend anyone renting it.
