Did not meet my expectations. This the first I had sub par experience. Light switches were not convenient. Not access to control temperature. First two night were cold. The bed had a fitted sheet but not a top sheet only a bed spread. Not table to eat on. Not wash cloth to use to shower with. Very disappointing

The location is excellent, only about 25 minutes from Niagara Falls. However, the property could benefit from better maintenance. Additionally, one of the rooms feels too small to comfortably fit two beds. I would recommend upgrading the beds and mattresses to improve comfort and provide a better experience for future guests.

The apartment was not as clean as it should have been. Despite mentioning that there was five in our party, there were only 4 towels available. We had to ask for a fifth one. The apartment is adequate if you do not anticipate spending a lot of time there.

When I first got there I couldn’t really see the street number. I tried to unlock the back gate and the door latch was stuck shut. Secondly the apartment area smelt terribly as well as the main area light switch being located outside of the main area door and in a shared common area. The sink was filthy as were a few other areas in the bathroom. Lastly, I got no sleep with 4 children. Someone was pacing back and forth all night until about 5am. Literally stomping every 5-10 mins. I messaged property manager and he tried to argue with me about my experience saying I was wrong and that nobody was up at that time lol. Just to look at previous complaints in the review and realize there were similar experiences. Why in the world would someone complain just to lie especially as my first VRBO experience I will never again book with them. Ignorant customer service for sure and hostile and ignorant. Please book elsewhere and don’t waste your money.!

I thought when I booked it said “whole house”. It could have been my mistake but I never would have rented it if I knew someone was upstairs. Also, the laundry is shared, so the upstairs occupant came down while I was there. Other than that it was great. Clean and tidy, but no tea or coffee or anything like that.

1. Not enough/missing supplies: a) Not enough: -Body towels -Hand rowels -Toilet paper (it was thin as well) b) Missing: -Papers towels -Tea & coffee -Shampoo & conditioner 2. Extremely noisy people upstairs a) Children were running around upstairs. b) TV was being blasted 3. The main light switch was on the outside of the room Conclusion: did not met up to our expectations

This property, while comfortable, could have been more weell accepted had i known this was a basement apartment with a long stairwell entry. With bad knees this could have been an issue. Luckily the say was short and without incident. My other and only real complaint is that while air conditioned the air conditioning is a function of the main house upstairs..presumably the hosts residence. So the apartment temperature is completely at their discretion.
