The clerk at check in was friendly and made me feel at ease about my pet during check in as I was a bit anxious travelling with this pet for the first time. Overall, it was a great stay.

My one only complaint was the accessible shower. You shouldn’t have to hold shower wand to not have water go all over the floor. It is the worst design I have seen. The hotel should let customers know when checking in.
