Larsen Hunters Rustic Cabin

Relax with the whole family and enjoy a weekend in a rustic cabin sit by the firepit or relax on the front porch in the morning with a cup of coffee and watch the wildlife. Hike the trails to on of the largest single room caves in Wisconsin. Close to Larsen UTV Rental and UTV trails . Rent a UTV for $300 or bring your own for $30 for the driver and $10 each passenger. We are also close to fishing.
Nice quiet place to relax and unplug from your busy life on a 600 acre farm.We are close to Plum creek public hunting and trout fishing stream. We are about 15 miles from the Mississippi River for boating and fishing. Canoeing rentals are near by as well. You can explore the cave and trails on the farm. We are about 15 miles from Effigy Mounds public hiking trails and about 15 miles from local restaurants. There is a pet fee of $50 per pet. We also have a $100 fee for late check out unless discussed prior and also for any extra cleaning that is needed after check out.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The cabin also includes a coffee maker.

The Hunters Rustic Cabin was excellent. The décor was definitely fitting with the hunters cabin theme. Every evening we saw approximately a dozen deer in the adjacent fields. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They responded promptly to any questions we had. We definitely will stay here again.

Larsen Hunting Cabin

My family and I stayed in the Larsen hunting cabin. We went there for the weekend to ride on the Larsen UTV trails. The place definitely did not disappoint super quiet very relaxing. We enjoyed every minute of it definitely cannot wait to go back. Check in process was super easy got a message that the place was open and ready for us.

We really enjoyed the cabin for our sister outing. It worked great. We could have used better lighting as we played a lot of games and it was quite dark for that. Very well stocked with supplies. Nice quiet area.

The place is rustic and secluded. It has nice decorations and is very big. It could have been a little cleaner and there was garbage outside and underneath. It advertised a hot tub but there was none.

Quiet and rustic

Kind of bummed that we couldn't rent a UTV as that was the point of the whole trip but we found other things to do. Cabin was remote and very quiet, communication with the owner was great. Probably an oversight but no washcloths could be found, nothing that a quick trip in to Prairie couldn't remedy though.
