Room not ready when we arrived at 4:20. We were told we would get a call when checked at 5:00 we were told it was ready. Just not the friendliest. Overbooked. Overall the hotel was nice water park was nice for kids but friendliness of staff is what upset most.

The pool is what draws us here. It’s got things for every age. Downside is that the slide wasn’t running when it is posted it’s supposed to be. No life guard to work it. Then when it was running the lifeguard didn’t know what the sign said for kids to be 48 inches tall OR be able to swim across the pool to go down it. They turned down my child and other children who could do this because they weren’t “tall enough”.
