This property is amazing! The kitchen was well stocked and there is an extra fridge in the game room which was great for keeping pop and water cold. The bedrooms were perfect...each had its own bathroom allowing a separate "suite" for each family. The games were a huge hit and kept everyone-adults and kids alike- entertained. The lake was peaceful with the no-wake rule. Overall it was one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at, hands down. Agnes was an impeccable host from check in to check out and truly cared about whether we had fun or not. We definitely will stay there again!

Great house and host! Our kids had things to do non-stop with all of the games. So nice that the attached garage has a bug net and lots of games. There is a nice big yard for kids to play. The house is on a quiet dead end road which was nice for walking and biking. Kids also had a great time using the lily pad and floats in the water. We brought our own fishing boat and there was a place for it to be kept with the public boat ramp very close.

We had a girls getaway weekend here and it was nothing short of perfect! Everything you need to have a great time is all right there, and we could not have picked a better lake house! Agnes was so welcoming, kind and always easy to reach if needed. We would absolutely come back here!

This was one of the best lake homes we have stayed at as a family. It was well maintained with numerous indoor spaces to spread out and enjoy, a large, well-equipped kitchen, and a great mattress in the master bedroom. My pet peeve is going on vacation and having a lousy bed and not resting well. That is not the case at the Luxury Hideaway. The outside lawn space was awesome with a large flat lawn leading out to the lake, terrific fire pit area down by the dock with ample supply of firewood, and a large newer pontoon with water skis and tube that allowed our family to enjoy Morris lake to the fullest. The lake is smaller but has a laid back feel and for mid-July, had zero boat traffic. The host, Agnes, was terrific. She was hospitable, accessible, and was fully engaged in making our stay enjoyable. Thank you for a great week. We would definitely stay at the Luxury Hideaway on Morris Lake again and highly recommend this property to other families.

Best Rental Ever!

This is such a great house in every way. We wanted a place to get away from the city and spend time as a family. It made that not only possible, but perfect. The house has absolutely everything you need (and much more)! We went back and forth from the lake to the house and had a blast! This house brings the family fun big time! My crew loved all the water accessories, bikes. fishing from the dock, endless air hockey, pool etc etc. Everything is in perfect condition. Great, helpful host, too. Don’t hesitate

A little piece of paradise

Our adult children and grandchildren had plenty of room to play and lots of places to relax. There was something entertaining for everyone. The grandkids loved the bunk beds, the toys inside, the playset outside, water play on the paddle boards, and sitting at the campfire roasting smores. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms comfortable, everything was clean, the grounds were well kept, and plantings were lovely. The game room was a hit with everyone. Our family made wonderful memories together and are asking when we can return! We give this property our highest recommendations.

Fantastic Place and Host

Wonderful experience! Most gracious and nice host!! Eleven of our family stayed a week with room to spare. Beautiful home with so many fun things to do. So well stocked- So comfortable- So clean!!!- REPEAT- CLEAN!!- So accurately described- So nice to communicate with!! And host is genuinely out to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. Luxury house -fun for all ages. We fished- we boated-kayaked-paddle boated-swam- had camp fires (wood provided)- grandkids and adults played foosball, air hockey, billiards, rode bikes, hot tub on the colder nights, drove in to town for supplies and to eat out. And slept in comfortable beds. Fantastic place and fantastic host/ created a fantastic time!!!

Everything you want and need!

The home was very clean, tidy, and had all the extras we didn't know we'd want. It's obvious that the owners take great care and pride in maintaining the house and property. There were extra toys for the kids - games galore, extra kitchen everything, spices, tools, laundry detergent - you name it, I bet they have it. We played foosball and air hockey upstairs. We also spent plenty of time in the garage with the pool table. The hot tub was very clean (which isn't always the case with rental properties) so we used it often. Our kids enjoyed the swing set and hammocks as well. The boat was perfect for us. We loved all the extra water toys - kayaks, SUPs, paddle boats, boat tubes (sofa-style and donut style), lily pad (kids LOVED this on the lake), etc. We were a multi-generational group and the size was perfect for us. We originally thought it odd to have to bring our own towels (even for showering) but it really was no extra trouble and we were glad it was made well aware to us beforehand. Overall our stay was fantastic and we would GLADLY stay again. You won't be disappointed by this place.

GREAT Family Getaway

We had 12 people in our group from toddlers to teenagers to grandparents. We had a great time, the property is very private, quiet and spacious and offers so many things to do. We rented the pontoon for some extra fishing opportunities and that was a good addition. So much to do at this property, the play set was great for the kids, fire pit for night time fire, the garage/game room is great for hanging out in the evening or a rainy day. Everything is very well kept and house has separate areas if you want to have some quiet time. This was one of our best vrbo experiences. A++

THIS PLACE HAD EVERYTHING, NO TIME TO BE BORED!

13 of us stayed here Memorial Day weekend 2024. We rented the Pontoon to check out the beautiful lake. Kayaked to the two smaller narrow rivers as much as we could and that was fun. Chilled by the fire pit, enjoyed the warm hot tub on cool nights. Took bikes for a ride and barbecued. We were rained in most of one day, but that was not an issue here. Tons of games inside ! Pool, pong, air hockey etc! And if you want some quiet space, there are plenty of rooms ( some with screened porches) . Couches and beds are actually really comfy. I’d also add that we all like to be prepared but if you forget something by chance, this place most likely has it. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would rebook this place in the future, no question about it! 👌

Great lakehouse getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at this lakehouse over Labor Day weekend (Fri-Mon). We were a family of four (two adults, 11yr old boy, 9yr old girl) and had a second family join us later on Saturday night (two adults, 11yr old boy, 14yr old boy). The house was great with plenty of space and we managed to play/experience all of the amenities that the house had to offer. First, we paid extra to rent the pontoon and it was well worth it. The first day we woke up and spent a few hours on the lakes, did a little tubing and rested at the house. During our downtime we played air hockey, pool, enjoyed the hot tub and grilled out for dinner. The next day we did kayaking and paddle surfing while there was little to no wake in the morning. Next we packed up some lunches and drinks and hit the big lake for tubing for the balance of the afternoon. It was nice to be able to tube on the big lake and then just drift and swim in the smaller, less crowded lakes. We also took the lilly pad out later in the day so the kids could casually swim and jump on/off the pad. That 2nd night we got take out from KRBs Klinger BBQ (we were sad to learn that Cristiano’s was closed on Sundays!). Overall the house was spacious, clean and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time the house we very enterianable something for everyone to do. They kids and the adults had a blast swimming, playing pool in the garage air hockey and fuzzball. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay

Our best VRBO experience yet! Five stars!

The lake house has that real log cabin feel coupled with a splash of modern luxury, including in the beautiful kitchen. Loved the very nice Keurig hosts have (assorted k-cups provided), 5-gallon filtered water cooler (plenty of extra jugs of filtered water provided) . Dishes, glassware, serving-ware, etc looked brand new. Outdoors: We spent most of the time outdoors and on the lake. You can rent pontoon on property (highly recommended). Hosts have a shed with 3-seater tube and 2 doughnut tubes, adult water skies, kids skies (with stabilizer bar) - everything you need. We also did a 5-day wave runner rental where a local shop delivered (and later picked up) to a boat launch a minute up the road and where we parked them on the hosts’ floatable parking spots on property. Enjoyed our family bike ride to the local coffee shop (great lattes!), spotting dozens of deer in the area, and fishing off hosts’ pier (kids LOVED fishing right after breakfast for a while). Meals: Nice clean grill (propane provided) that got up to a hot 750 degrees. Lots of interesting, fun, and delicious local super clubs, restaurants (favorite Moose Inn). Nightime: s’mores at the fire pit (all firewood provided), 9-person hot tub (brand new), board games at home, and hanging out in the garage turned man-cave with a pool table, nice seating area, and a magnetic mosquito net that keeps bugs out (really works) so you feel like you’re outside. These hosts truly want you to have an awesome family vacation! A++++

A great family lakehouse trip

The whole experience of renting this property was easy and stress free. The owners are nice and communicative. The house and property has something for everyone. We had a large family of every age and it suited everyone. There was so much to do at one property fully stocked with amenities. It was clean and well taken care of. We will definitely want to come back again.

Wonderful, isolated, relaxing family vacation

This lake house is beautiful, extremely well-kept and totally updated with newer everything - cabinets, appliances, dishware, etc... It is isolated on a couple acres of land on the lake - very relaxing and peaceful. Also included numerous items for everyone in the family to enjoy - pool table, air hockey, foosball, kayaks, paddleboats, basketball, trampoline, etc... Most importantly, the hosts were amazing , very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this for a family vacation. My family can't wait to get back there!

August Family Trip 2021

The property is nice and well maintained. It was nice to have a stocked pantry with basics for cooking, as many places have next to nothing. While you are next to some other houses, it felt peaceful and calm. The lakes are not huge, but there is room for tubing and a nice public beach (it would have been heaven if the house had its own beach, but the public beach was the next best thing). The owner is very responsive and helpful, and maintains the property well.

Great Family Vacation Place

We enjoyed our stay here! The home is so nice and we had plenty of room. Since we are a nature family, we really enjoyed the beautiful, spacious property and the lake view. We saw deer almost every morning! It was really nice to have a flat access to the pier. The house comes with lots of nice details, like plenty of dishes and towels, and kayaks, paddle boat, and paddle boards. The pontoon boat was easy to use and we enjoyed checking out the other lakes through the channels. It was a hit for the whole family and we would stay here again. This is a great place to relax and there are plenty of things within the house, property, and lakes for the kids to do. Agnes was a great communicator and host.
