Staff were lovely however clearly understaffed. The bathroom, especially the tub and shower were so deteriorated and rusty that no one in our room would use it. I was given a 14% refund when complaining but that doesn’t make up for it. The breakfast was dismal, depleted and simply bad.

Breakfast was okay, Service was horrible, im not sure if they have staffing shortage or what, no one on the frint desk you have to wait until someone shows. Phone in the wasnt working and when asked the frint desk she said she doesn't know how the phones work, no one checked thr room to take garbage out and replace towels on our second day, i asked for 2 coffee mugs and they said they don't have any mugs left which was really shocking to hear. I dont recommend the place for anyone they need to work on their staff and services

Shower was a little grimy and small. No one was at the check in desk for 10-15 minutes. We had a code to get into the rooms and amenities area. A key card seems easier, and more convenient. The breakfast line setup was really cramped and had terrible flow, and no room for maneuvering.

This was my first time at this hotel, and for our ski trip-we got the room with the "full kitchen" to make things cheaper and cook our own meals. Let me just gently say, the kitchen is sparse. Very few dishes, a spatula/ladle/tongs/pasta spoon, and one very nasty frying pan and a medium pot. There was no dish soap or sponge, no can opener, no mugs, no pans for the oven, no hot pads, etc. When I mean sparse, I mean...plan for basically not using the kitchen. The staff were nice enough but the place seemed understaffed and most of it is still under construction. Upon arrival, you walk into this beautiful lobby, and then see the very common rooms and the dismal vibe of unfinished or closed amenities and the feel of a ghost town.

Overall - Great stay. Positives - hot breakfast frequently refreshed and hot tub and pool was awesome!!! Negatives - had to ask for hand towels for the room and the parking lots were very dark with little if any outside lighting.

The pool had no towels and the front desk walked away when we asked for more. We used towels from our room, but couldn’t stay in the hot tub long as there was so much chlorine the fumes were harsh. Room was nice and comfortable!
