Best place we stayed on our South Dakota family trip. Clean, good staff and best pool ever. I hate cold water and this one had very comfortable temp. The slide was great. Hotel was so good kids and I changed our plans and went back there instead of going to Fargo.
The front desk person was amazing
Only issue was there was only one waffle maker for breakfast..
Was a very nice property for a reasonable price. They are in the process of doing some remodeling but overall it was excellent

Holiday inn express is consistently excellent. This hotel in watertown lived up to the best standards of all hotels And specifically of all holiday inn express hotels. Bravo
My kids and i loved the bed and the swimmimg area especially the water slide they couldnt get enough of it the staff were very friemdly and kind
Biggest Holiday Inn Express I have stayed. Very good for familes because it has a pool with a huge water slide. Clean and very convenient

Got snowed in , because of storm hotel staff couldn’t get into work . Breakfast was out of food for most of morning but totally understandable. They tried there best.
Clean and comfortable Resterant across the street felt like a home cooked meal
The bed were not as comfortable and sheets and linen were not smelling clean.
