Not a wide variety of breakfast food but generally tasted okay. The check in person was horrible- booking wasnt accurate and she refused to help us get it resolved and then wouldnt help with a payment request we had..she also didnt want to get pool slide up and running until we had to go request it, although it should have been running already. The check out staff was much more friendly and helped us fix the reservation with no issues- they seemed confused on why the check in person wouldnt do it. I will go back just because of the check out staff and housekeepers...they were fantastic! My son kept referring to the check in lady as the secretary from Monsters Inc...if that helps with the check in demeanor...

Our one concern was promptly taken care of. Need more staff at the front desk. Breakfast: need to train the person that takes care of the breakfast food and area. Tables were not cleaned between families. Never greeted anyone.

Great Staff

Staff was AWESOME. They were kind and super helpful. The food was kept loaded for breakfast and that lady was working hard because it was packed. She helped with a smile and made conversation to help ease the chaos. (There was some sort of softball tournament) The kiddie pool heater was broken but the water was still warm enough to use it. My only complaints would be is that the halls were LOUD until past 3am. (Kept waking my 2 small kids) However I know thats part of staying in a hotel (especially with how full it was). The second complaint I would have is that the bed was super hard. So overall it was a great place to stay! I feel my complaints are minor but want to leave a 100% honest review. Did I mention the staff was awesome?!?!
