The employees there were very helpful and nice. I was surprised by how sparse the continental breakfast was for a hotel that had a restaurant in it.

Very accommodating staff, no problem checking out a little late.

The hotel was nice and the room was comfortable. The pool floor is a bit slippery for kids and adults, kind of dangerous.

The facility is nice, but the rooms were disappointing. VERY small. No outside light to come into the room. The bathroom is tiny with a small shower/toilet separated from the sink -- which is in the main room. So if you go to the bathroom at night you have to turn on a light that illuminates the entire room. That was as huge problem when staying with kids.

Their room had a dirty towel in it when we arrived. Their breakfast was very limited. I just really thought for the amount we spent it would have been a nicer bed and better breakfast. The entry way was very nice and their atrium was beautiful.

Had a wonderful time. A swell place to stay. Waitress in bar was alone and could have used more help.

Upon arrival, the staff was very pleasant and informative. When going to the room, there was a trip hazard at the outside entrance at the rear of the building. I caught myself before hitting the floor, but it was very unnerving. Some of the floor trim boards were missing around our room, and looked tacky. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The most disturbing issue in the morning was that the continental breakfast was VERY picked over and empty. We were told it would be available until 9 AM. When we arrived at 8:30 AM, the cabinet with muffins, bread, etc had 2 or 3 items left in it; there was NO COFFEE; the breakfast offered was definitely NOT what the norm would be for a room with the rate that was paid. We asked if the attached Minervas restaurant was open, but was told it didn't open until 11:00AM. Although we paid for a hotel with continental breakfast, we then had to go to Perkins to actually get something. We were VERY disappointed with that aspect of this facility.

very friendly staff. Only recommendation would have been a breakfast bar.

Wonderful staff, good place to eat. Everyone very helpful.

Real decent rooms, has an excellent resturaunt--very pleased and I will be back!

Beds were hard..need to be updated. Linens also need updating given the price.
