This was the nicest, most friendly staff, best pool, breakfast and in general all around motel we have ever stayed in. Curtis, the person on duty went out of his way to make the stay even better. Best pool with life jackets, and swim toys for the kids. I can't say enough good things about this motel. We will be back!
Place was pretty dirty whomever checked me in didnt know how to do her job also appeared to have have friends staying in the hotel who werent very friendly and were acting very suspicious wont be returning thanks

The room was very clean, the furniture looked nice and the water pressure in the shower was great. The room smelled really musty and had a bad cat pee odor. I went to the front desk right after walking in the room and asked for something different, which she refused because I had booked online. I went back to room and sprayed body spray around, got in bed and was trying to rest. About 20 minutes after this the front desk clerk called and offered to Aitchinson rooms but since I was already in bed we declined. I would not stay here again... especially for $100.

It was okay but the hot tub didn’t work and the rooms kind of smelled a little.
Undesirable people staying there, hotel smell musty and moldy, outdated and dirty, back door didn’t even lock anybody can enter the hotel without the front desk knowing. Only thing good about the hotel was the staff is friendly
After staying at the same hotel in Brookings and having a great experience, I thought I’d be safe to book in Watertown. That was not the case. The rooms were outdated, dark, and dreary. This place needs some serious updating. I felt like I was in a stale, dark, basement. The water did not get very warm and I could tasted stale on my toothbrush.
No elevator. Breakfast was a joke. No body checked for supplies when needed ie: milk etc. Floor was bad, feet stuck to floor. Very small room.
Last stop on our long journey from Florida to Winnipeg. This quiet and unassuming Super 8 Motel worked perfectly. Not fancy but the king bed and spacious clean room allowed us to stretch out, relax, and email family at home, and enjoy lots of tv channels. Many restaurants in evidence to suit all palates, gas stations everywhere, and upscale shopping malls. A very clean townsite is Watertown. We wouldn't hesitate to make a return visit to learn more about this small town on the prairie.
A Super8 is not expected to be outstanding but it was comfortable. The directions to the motel were right on. The pillows were my type and I fell asleep shortly after going to bed. The room needed a facility map. - ie where to find the ice, soda, candy machines, etc. The Continental breakfast was plentiful and the surroundings were well appointed.
Other than the strong tobacco smoke smell this hotel was worth the one night trip cost. It is close to resturaunts.
