A short drive to ski at Sugarbush or Stowe in the Winter, and to local mountain biking trails, hiking, or swimming in the Summer. Enjoy one story living with an open floor plan and three comfortable bedrooms on 600+ semi private acres perfect for hiking, and xc skiing. This home serves as the perfect launchpad for all of your four season Vermont adventures.

Access to the entire home and property. Four wheel drive and snow tires are required for safe travel in winter months in this region of Vermont.
An AWD/4WD vehicle with snow tires is strongly recommended during winter.
There is very little public transportation in the Mad River Valley. All of our guests typically drive at least one or more vehicles.
