Situated on a quiet street, we are one block from Sligo Creek trail and a ten minute walk to downtown Takoma Park.

We spent a day and half without hot water but when contacted the owner responded immediately. The huge demerit goes to only providing cheaper than cheap single ply TP!!! Huge yuck factor!

Takoma Park Guest Apartment

This is a very nice and comfortable property. If you don’t have a car, it is an easy walk to the downtown area of Takoma Park. The bed is very comfortable and the heating/cooling is excellent. I just have a suggestion or two. A light by the door would be helpful when returning to the apartment at night. Also, in addition to the bath towel and hand towel provided, a washcloth would be appreciated and the soap in the shower should be in a wrapped package. I would definitely stay here again, however, since it is just a few blocks from my daughter’s house.

Great, private spot in Takoma Park. The host was amenable to some specific requests and appreciated the extra communication. The space was comfortable and private; great place to stay for a night to break up my travel.
