The room was dirty and the sheets were dirty with stains and the room smells horrible and had roaches all over the room. I was very disappointed. We were there for a family member funeral and I was very upset and disappointed.

Unfortunately, the room had roaches. I was not pleased by this . I actually left the room and stayed somewhere else for the night which was not my plan. Staff was notified and a message was added regarding my room. Awaiting feedback from management. I would appreciate to discuss the matter further with them.

I booked here because of the reviews. Location and price were good. Not the best looking spot looked like renovations were taking place on our floor. The beds were quite comfortable but the walls were thin as paper. Also appeared people lived there long term. The furniture off from the lobby had a huge stain they may want to inspect the dining furniture especially something so visible to the entrance.

There were cockroaches in the restroom, I just checked in and went to room I saw that bathroom is not so clean and cockroach is running around, I went back to lobby and asked if they can refund me, they offered to changed the room but I refused and they refused to refund so I checked out. They charged me for full night however I wasn’t there even for 5 minutes.
