My check in was great she was awesome. The hotel had a recent flood and the 3rd and 4th floors smelled bad. I had to request a refund due to the smell because my asthma was kicked into 3rd gear.

The staff was pleasant. The issue was the room The hotel was doing renovations because of a previous water issue (carpet getting wet). The 1st room we were in tv didn't work. So we were moved to another room. The room and floor had a mildew smell. And there was water damage and mold in the ceiling in the bathroom. Also when the shower was on the water didnt go down the drain. And we were to be contacted by a manager and no one has reached out. And they even forgot to give us a receipt.

There was mold in the bathroom, the curtain did absolutely nothing to hold the water in when showering. The bathroom door didn't click shut. There were various stains on the hallway carpets. And almost all of the workers were rude.
