Hi. I nice place to stay. My room was lovely. Great location just off the main street and a ahort walk to the castle. Breakfast was nice. Parking at the race course 5 min walk away is great.

We were visiting a friend in Warwick and stayed for two nights at the Old Fourpenny Shop Hotel. First of all, the owners are an absolute delight, from check in to check out they make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. No elevators, but not to worry - the gentleman who checked us in easily carried our two 50 pound suitcase to the top floor for us - at the same time! The rooms are nicely appointed with lots of coffee, tea, snacks and still and sparkling water (the latter was much appreciated!) The bathrooms are very modern and updated. The shower was hot and strong, loved it! We slept well, as the hotel is located on a quiet street away from the bustle (but just a short walk to) the city center. I had breakfast twice and dinner once at the hotel and both were fantastic! Plenty of food, good tasting at the right temperature. I feel like this hotel is a hidden treasure in Warwick!

Excellent bed and breakfast with easy access to racecourse. Friendly staff and clean rooms. WIFI unpredictable, electric shower sub standard and parking non existent. You have to park half a mile away at the cricket club

My husband and I stayed two nights. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was on the small side but was very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast both mornings and dinner twice. All meals were delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming. A lot of locals there for dinner and drinks. Everything you would expect from an English Inn!

They thought of every detail for the room. It was beautiful! And it was so nice to have treats and drinks waiting for us in our room after a long day of travel. The breakfast in the morning was delicious! We would love to go back and stay longer and try their restaurant, where they have themed nights and activities too. What a gem!

Nothing to complain about but not wowed. Room was comfortable and having a double bed each was great but the bedding was really heavy. Shower broken in bathroom (clearly for a while as other reviews also mention it). None of the staff were particularly warm or welcoming. Poached eggs were undercooked despite asking for them well done.
