Excellent, state of art hotel, amazing.
Its in a nice part of town. It meets our expectations of a Sheraton. The staff was friendly and provided taxis, information and wake-up calls.
The best breakfast buffet of any hotel we stayed at in Poland, conveniently located, extremely comfortable room with sitting area. Appreciated the variety of tv programming. Staff very pleasamt and helpful.

My wife is in a wheelchair and the front entrance ramp was consistently blocked by the day managers car. Even though the spot was marked as not to park there. The next ramp was a good 40 meters down the block, and in the rain was a real pain to go down and back. Had to complain twice before car was moved. Even though we were told the room had 2 queen size beds, they were full size. Since our son was with us we had to get a cot for him that took up half the room and limited my wife's mobility even more. (no rooms with bigger beds were available) Upon leaving they charged us 150 USD (about 480 PL.) for the cot. Even though the Sheraton website said max. 130 PL PER STAY. Again I need to send multiple emails before they issued a refund for the difference. Our late night order from room service came up cold to the touch. Very disappointing stay. Gerry and June

Wonderful hotel, great breakfast, fantastic service.
The fan for drying hair is terrible. You must continuously press the on button and as the fan is extremely weak it takeas a very long time to have the hair dry. If you are not bold your hair will look ugly as the fan is not effective and your hand will hurt because of having to press the button.
