We had a great stay! The house was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and the nearby train wasn't disturbing at all, only heard a slight rumbling at times. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals and every little detail to make our stay comfortable was thought of.

Every thing was clean and well furnished. Our only issue was the mattress and pillows that being a different firmness then we are accustomed to.It was really nice to have a relaxing accommodations after a day of sightseeing.

it was amazing! plenty of room and the neighborhood was very nice. even though the house is in the train loop there was very little noise. the front porch was a nice place to relax. it was close to everything that we wanted to do! Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay!

We were there to visit the Ark and my daughter who recently moved to the area. This was the perfect place! It was convenient to everything she wanted us to experience. It really does look like the pictures. It is super clean and well equipped. Everything we needed was already there. All three beds were very comfortable and we all slept well in them. The trains were not an issue for us. We had to listen for them and were not disturbed by them at all.We felt right at home here and will definitely stay again. I could go on and on about this place but everyone else already has and they were telling the truth!These people know how to run a vacation rental! There was not one complaint or suggestion made from our usually picky group.

Absolutely Perfect!

This house matched and exceeded all expectations. The listed photos were extremely accurate to the house itself. It was in the perfect location between Cincinnati, the Ark and the Creation Museum. The neighborhood was very quiet, the train wasn’t loud enough to be an issue. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!

We 4 adults loved our long weekend at this lovely, comfortable house. It is beautifully decorated, thoughtfully equipped, and sparkling clean. Communications with hosts were easy and check-in and out instructions were clear and reasonable. It would also be great for folks with kids, as it includes baby/toddler equipment and a fun swingset in the ample yard. If we return to the area, we'll stay here again!

Amazing, great location and great house

This property is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but within a few minutes of restaurants and within an hour of several attractions, such as the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, and Cincinnati. The hosts were quick to respond and so helpful. They did give a heads up that it's close to train tracks, and it is, but the train was not loud enough to be disruptive. Very comfortable furniture and kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The house is updated with tasteful decor. We loved the playground outside and outdoor seating area. We would stay here again!

Fantastic stay

The property was very clean and well maintained. Communication with the hosts was easy and prompt. All of the rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. Yes, you will hear trains, but we did not find them intrusive. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Overall Great Stay

Positives- The host is great & very responsive to all questions and concerns. The house is conveniently located between the ark & creation museum. It also has a huge grocery store & plenty of dining out options near by. The house itself is super clean and beautifully decorated! The house is nicely laid out to give everyone enough space (we had 4 adults and a child). The kitchen is well appointed and has all of the basic necessities & even some extras as well. There are plenty of towels in each bathroom. Comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of outdoors area for kids to run & play as well as a table and fire pit for the adults to relax around. My son absolutely LOVED seeing the CSX train going back and forth- he was THRILLED. Opportunities- This is definitely a personal opinion, but It would be nice if the linens were washed in unscented detergents - although it is a pleasant fragrance, it can make it a little difficult for anyone with sensitivities (me). The swing set/trampoline outside could use a little upgrade; It seems to be at the end of life. The living room furniture, although beautiful, is not as comfortable for relaxing. We greatly enjoyed our visit. Thank you so much for your hospitality & courtesy.

Amazing!!! Clean!!

This house was very clean. Looks exactly like the pictures. Has everything you need. Kitchen is very well stocked with any utensils or pot/pan you could possibly need! Communication with the property manager was amazing as well. Offered suggestions and we used several of them!! Couldn’t have been happier with the whole process and stay!

Trip to the Ark

The house was lovely and pictures were true. The thermostat was a little off it would be cold in some portions of the house while other portion would be hot . But overall the house was great plenty of extras . Since we had three grand children with us the Easter snd dryer was great with plenty of detergent available . Plenty of toilet tissue and . Usually we have to buy extra so it was nice to have extra. The grass was a little long . We had bad weather one night and a huge limb fell from a tree, it fell across the walkway . We call the owners and he sent out the handy man to clear the limbs from the yard . We really appreciated the quick response.

Great Place to Stay for Ark Encounter

Everything was as advertised at the VRBO. We enjoyed our stay for 6 people. Host was easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions. We would stay again if in the area.

Perfect location if you’re looking for a place between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum! This place was very nice, very clean, well decorated and we’d stay again!A suggestion may be to put a shelf or two somewhere in the guest bathroom bc there’s not much room to put your things esp if you had 4 people sharing but overall very pleased.

Perfect weekend getaway!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was extremely clean and had everything you could ask for. It’s in a great location right between the Ark and Cincinnati. We will definitely be back for our next trip to the Ark. We really appreciate the host for being so kind and making the check in and out easy!

Wonderful Trip

We stayed in this beautiful home and attended a Vacation Bible School conference at the Ark Encounter. The house is decorated so cute and looks just like the pictures. We had everything we needed and more. It exceeded our expectations. All the beds were so comfortable, in fact we had to see what kind of mattresses were on the beds so we could purchase one. The house is conveniently located in between the Ark Encounter, and the Creation Museum. Would would definitely stay here again.

We stayed just prior to the worst snow/ice storm in KY. Place was great. It had everything we could need or want. Wish we could have stayed longer. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early to avoid highway shutdowns and the storm. Would definitely recommend and/or stay there again

House Layout Allows Breakout sessions

We sometimes need time away. The large suite allows for getaway. Our exhaustion might have played a part but neighbor train tracks weren't an issue. The other rooms are off separate mini hallways. As the adult you can hear what's going on but you don't have to be "present".Kitchen Slayed some awesome meals but also played a big part of game night refreshments.
