We have stayed at the hotel about 3 times already. It is an excellent place. We always stay in the suite. We do wonder about upkeep of the room. The room might begin to show its age if not kept up
The staff was wonderful and the hotel was close to lots of small stores and a few restaurants. We didn't eat the breakfast due to waking up at 9 & it is over at 9:30. The room looked clean however the smell would have you to believe otherwise. Not sure if it was the carpet or what but there was an overwhelming smell of old mildew. An old and wet smell and strangely my nose never adapted. It still may be the best in the area. Not too many options
Stayed here for a wedding at house plantation and the hotel is nice. Continental breakfast is extensive!!! Only 2 complaints would be the hotel or atleast the 2nd floor I stayed on and the room smells musty. Also I'm an ihg member which allows me to check out at 2pm which allows me to sleep in... Yea not possible when room service is knocking on every door in the hallway at 10am...

Stayed here two different days in the same week. It is a newer hotel and OK. The pool is outside. There is a free breakfast. Not many other options in the area. A bit pricey for what you get though. First room was not the best, mold and peeling paint in the bathroom with a heavy pinesol smell in the room. If you need WiFi, this is not the hotel for you. It has WiFi, just doesn't work or is so slow you want to bang your head on the desk. Had to get my key coded like three times before I could get into my room Front desk staff is nice but super LAME!! Front desk is empty a lot, and not much help. It was ok for a quick one night stay but not great.
Excellent. From check in to check out. Breakfast was outstanding. Room was immaculate. Plenty of electrical outlets for medical devices. Lots of towels and linens. Would definitely stay there again!
this hotel was ok. It was a business trip so it was alright. I would not stay there on holiday.
The only disappointment with our stay was that my husband left a set of keys in our room and didn't notice until 5:30 the afternoon we checked out. When we called back, the front desk just stated none had been turned in by housekeeping. He said he would check and call us back. He never called back and we went on and returned to the hotel. He again told my husband that the room had been cleaned and no keys had been found. My husband insisted he be allowed to check the room, but the person told him he could not. My husband asked him to go with him, and he did. The housekeeper had JUST cleaned our room and had the keys! How about that! Not even an apology from the front desk person. However, this would not prevent us from staying here again. My husband will just be more careful next time.
