How to make your hotel guests unhappy: 1) When they check in, make them stand there filling out useless papers. I previously booked the room on Expedia. But when I checked in, they handed me a little card and told me to fill it out with name, address, phone, etc. Why? All of that information is ALREADY filled out in Expedia. This isn't the 1980s any more! 2) Phone the guests' room in the morning, just to see if they're in there. When I woke up and answered the phone, they didn't say anything at all. Guess they just felt like giving us an unwanted wake-up call. Three hours before checkout time. Here's a tip: If your guests haven't checked out yet, and it's not checkout time yet, then YES, they are still in their room! Badly-run hotel.

bait and switch hotel

Reverse, seeing the photos of the hotel on the website. It looks nice. And looks clean and looks comfortable. It also looked like there was breakfast. Had all the machines and abilities to do so, but they do not serve breakfast. They do not unlock the door and add it to it. Whenever you get there they will sit there and discuss with you about finalizing your payment and as soon as you have payment done by car. And he accepts the room's where it is paid for he then afterwards will pull out a paper slip for you to find out and charge you an extra $50. For a security deposit people myself being homeless? I spent every penny that I was able to acquire that day on that room online. So whenever I got there and was charged for the feet of the room and then after my money was taken, then I was asked for a security deposit towards it. Now, if I was to ask for my money back. It would take 7 business to 10 business days. And I would be screwed on having a place to stay for the night and be back in my car again. Overnight sweating, no shower. All that stuff horrible I was on The Verge of an anxiety attack. But after a little trade was given for the. Security deposit which the trade was worth much more than the deposit. And then put us in a room with a bunch of broken items that I fixed myself to make sure that whenever he went through, I could get my volleyball's back.There was always attitude.I would walk up to the window and I would push the button for to get service and he would

Needs repairs and upkeep

Well, for starters, he issued me a card and I was locked out of my room three times which caused a major inconvenience and couldn’t go into the room for 30 minutes or so and then also the faucet in the bathroom area water would barely run and this Spicket or faucet in the bathroom was barely hanging on, so it’s definitely need some repairs and work done
