Host accused me of lying so I could leave
Overall, it is just a bed, the photo of the living space is not inviting or able to be used as advertised. Additional guest was arguing with someone on the phone and did not allow for a quiet relaxing space (also advertised). I was at the residence for 1hour trying to sleep but unable to due to the toxic environment. When I requested that he issued a refund, he would not return my messages on the app, forced me to call him on my personal device to accuse me of lying about the noise complaint “because he has cameras and checked them”. I had no idea that if you do not feel comfortable in a space someone can determine they deserve your money and make up a a defaming excuse as to why they are greedily going to keep all of your payment and then also try and book someone else. I couldn’t sleep, it was an uncomfortable environment, and 2 days after I left there I tested positive for Covid and unable to be at the residence for the duration. Still, no refund offered. I appreciate you felt like I owed you 2000 for 1 hour inside your residence that is not anyone away from home feel. Thanks.
