Comfortable bed. Clean room.desk clerk friendly. Didn't have the time to enjoy their breakfast.

Bed not comfortable room did not smell good. Thin walls could hear people in the next room did not know ahead of time that there would be construction there that starts at 6:30 am. Nights got cool in Texas in November so we turned the heat on and turned heat off right away because of a new bad smell coming out of heater.

This hotel is for a one night stay. It's very close PVA&M if that where you are going. The room was very clean, nice bed spreads. But the mattress was only suitable for one night. If you stay more than one night your back and neck will hurt. The front desk clerk was very helpful with directions and late night check in.

Checked in quickly. Room was clean. Everything was as it should have been. No problems.

I picked this hotel when looking for a place to stay while attending the Texas Ren Fest. All of the other hotels in the area double their prices on Ren Fest weekends. This was the only one that didn't, so it's where we stayed. For anyone who wants to know, it's about 30 minutes away from the Festival. As for the hotel itself. When I first arrived, it took forever and a day to get someone to come check me in. It also took a while to get someone to check me out, and don't even bother phoning the front desk. No one will answer. The room was nicer than expected, though there were signs of wear. The beds are really uncomfortable. You don't get a lot of channels on the TV. And the walls are paper thin. We could literally hear everything going on on all sides of us, including normal volume talking. If you can't live without the internet, this is not the place for you. They have no Wifi, and none of the surrounding restaurants have Wifi either. I had to go across the street to the gas station and pay for Wifi that I could only use in their parking lot. Despite all of the bad though, the hotel served its purpose. It's cheap, the rooms are clean enough, there's good parking, lots of eateries around, and it's centrally located.

Stayed at this place because it was one of the nearest hotels/inns for a test I was taking. Overall it wasn't horrible, though they did have a serious cricket/beetle problem. When I first arrived, I found one that seemed to be dying so I caught it and let it outside. However, after walking around the room, I counted about 15 dead crickets/beetles/other insects near the walls. Before I went to sleep, I found a small insect in the bed (but not a bed bug), and while I was watching tv, saw an insect run out from behind the dresser and run back in. When I woke up in the morning, there were new dead cricket bodies in places that didn't have any the night before, so my count of cricket bodies was about 25. (I think I was most bothered in having to watch where I was walking to avoid stepping on bugs as they were all over). Additionally, (as a solo woman travelling) there were times where I felt uncomfortable walking in and out of my room, as some of the other man-guests seemed a bit sketchy. Also, while I was in the lobby, some people came in to get a room, and the price that was offered to them for the night was $30 cheaper than what I paid on this website, so I felt a little bitter. Overall, it wasn't horrible, and mostly I was only concerned about a test the next morning at Prairie View. I'd probably stay again if for some reason I had to go back to Waller, but I'd probably insist that I get a new room if I found that many insects again. And I'd call the Inn first to check prices. On a positive note, the staff was very polite, and even offered to give me a muffin and banana as I missed breakfast.

It was nice to come back to the hotel and have a clean, freshly made bed after a long hard days playing on the battlefield.

This was an okay place to stay while I was in the area, at a considerably lower price than the other hotel across the road. Very clean, attentive at the front desk, though the walls were a bit thin and pipes a bit noisy.

Very clean and comfortable. Internet access was available at an extra charge, which I thought was unnecessary. The people next door were very noisy - so perhaps the walls are thinner than they should be. That would be their fault, not the inn. Rude people are unfortunately everywhere.

We were a little concerned prior to our trip that the hotel would be lousy, considering it's location along a highway and outside entrance. However, we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly, the rooms were clean and nicely done, and it appears to have been updated recently. We have a 2 year-old who also really enjoyed the pool! Overall, it was a great place for the money, and I'm sure we'll be back there for future stays in the area.

My wife and I stayed there for the 2010 BP MS 150 ride. The hotel was conveniently located 1.8 miles from the Waller stadium, it was close to a couple of very good restaurants, and next to fast food establishments and a gas station. The hotel room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and it had a very good continental breakfast. Great place to stay.

WE WERE THERE VISITING THE PRAIRIE VIEW CAMPUS. Everything was okay, there was fast food close by, the outlet was great. The rooms were just what we needed, it appear to be very crowded, but there was no noice. We will stay there again if we are in that area. Thank you so much

Receptionist was very efficent, friendly and helpful

For a value hotel we didn't know what to expect, but needed the location for cycling in th earea. When we arrived however, we were very pleasantly surprised to find a neat, clean, orderly hotel with most amenities in good working order. The staff was very helpful and friendly and obviously took some degree of pride in their business and what they were doing...as well they should since it was nicer than one might expect. Only complaint was the pool. Though it looked clean from a distance, we were informed that it was not and was closed. A hot tub, clean of course, would also have been nice but it wasn't expected. Otherwise, for where it was and how much volume they must get, it was more than we expected and worth the stop again.

I was very impressed with the amenities.
