It was just ok for a small town, I would look at others places next time, Expensive.

The lady that USUALLY worked in front office when we stay there is SOOOO VERY AWESOME. I WISH I could remember her name...She made me feel lime as if we knew eachother for some years... God, i wish i could recall her name...

Good accommodation. Friendly site manager.

all good

Toilet barely flushed. Tv remote didn’t work. Room smelled very moldy and musky. Carpet was very dirty and stained. Door lock barely worked. Sink didn’t drain. Shower head was terrible.

Very nice clean room, front desk provided sheets for sofa bed. Good price and quite environment.

Nice place for a short stay. Easy to get in and out of with food and convenience nearby.

You get for what you pay.. Not a bad place. Management was nice needed some maintance.

I liked the location. Didn’t like- Maid had the door open when cleaning the room and the room and flies in it. Spent about an hour trying to kill the darn flies. 😝

Comfortable bed. Clean room.desk clerk friendly. Didn't have the time to enjoy their breakfast.

Bed not comfortable room did not smell good. Thin walls could hear people in the next room did not know ahead of time that there would be construction there that starts at 6:30 am. Nights got cool in Texas in November so we turned the heat on and turned heat off right away because of a new bad smell coming out of heater.

This hotel is for a one night stay. It's very close PVA&M if that where you are going. The room was very clean, nice bed spreads. But the mattress was only suitable for one night. If you stay more than one night your back and neck will hurt. The front desk clerk was very helpful with directions and late night check in.

Checked in quickly. Room was clean. Everything was as it should have been. No problems.

I picked this hotel when looking for a place to stay while attending the Texas Ren Fest. All of the other hotels in the area double their prices on Ren Fest weekends. This was the only one that didn't, so it's where we stayed. For anyone who wants to know, it's about 30 minutes away from the Festival. As for the hotel itself. When I first arrived, it took forever and a day to get someone to come check me in. It also took a while to get someone to check me out, and don't even bother phoning the front desk. No one will answer. The room was nicer than expected, though there were signs of wear. The beds are really uncomfortable. You don't get a lot of channels on the TV. And the walls are paper thin. We could literally hear everything going on on all sides of us, including normal volume talking. If you can't live without the internet, this is not the place for you. They have no Wifi, and none of the surrounding restaurants have Wifi either. I had to go across the street to the gas station and pay for Wifi that I could only use in their parking lot. Despite all of the bad though, the hotel served its purpose. It's cheap, the rooms are clean enough, there's good parking, lots of eateries around, and it's centrally located.

Stayed at this place because it was one of the nearest hotels/inns for a test I was taking. Overall it wasn't horrible, though they did have a serious cricket/beetle problem. When I first arrived, I found one that seemed to be dying so I caught it and let it outside. However, after walking around the room, I counted about 15 dead crickets/beetles/other insects near the walls. Before I went to sleep, I found a small insect in the bed (but not a bed bug), and while I was watching tv, saw an insect run out from behind the dresser and run back in. When I woke up in the morning, there were new dead cricket bodies in places that didn't have any the night before, so my count of cricket bodies was about 25. (I think I was most bothered in having to watch where I was walking to avoid stepping on bugs as they were all over). Additionally, (as a solo woman travelling) there were times where I felt uncomfortable walking in and out of my room, as some of the other man-guests seemed a bit sketchy. Also, while I was in the lobby, some people came in to get a room, and the price that was offered to them for the night was $30 cheaper than what I paid on this website, so I felt a little bitter. Overall, it wasn't horrible, and mostly I was only concerned about a test the next morning at Prairie View. I'd probably stay again if for some reason I had to go back to Waller, but I'd probably insist that I get a new room if I found that many insects again. And I'd call the Inn first to check prices. On a positive note, the staff was very polite, and even offered to give me a muffin and banana as I missed breakfast.

It was nice to come back to the hotel and have a clean, freshly made bed after a long hard days playing on the battlefield.

This was an okay place to stay while I was in the area, at a considerably lower price than the other hotel across the road. Very clean, attentive at the front desk, though the walls were a bit thin and pipes a bit noisy.

Very clean and comfortable. Internet access was available at an extra charge, which I thought was unnecessary. The people next door were very noisy - so perhaps the walls are thinner than they should be. That would be their fault, not the inn. Rude people are unfortunately everywhere.

Thank you for your review. Thank you for staying in our jacuzzi room which is the highest price and the best of our rooms, especially on Prairie View A&M University HOMECOMING weekend. You can enjoy your stay with us on a regular day when the rates are low. See you next time, thank you
