We enjoyed our room, however we chose this hotel because it had an outdoor pool so that we could spend time outside with family relaxing by the pool. Our first day the rained for about 30 minutes and they closed the pool for the rest of the day. That night I asked the clerk if we could use the pool the next day and she confirmed that we would be able to. When we arrived, the pool was being closed for the season. I had checked again in the am because we were checking out to see if we could use it. Again the clerk confirmed we would be able to. So we sat next to the pool while the man put the tarp on. 🙄

The entire staff during my stay was welcoming and accommodating. Lala, the housekeeper, was exceptional as well. She made sure we were okay with supplies. And the room was very very clean and fresh upon entering. The breakfast, omg, was so good....a different protein each morning for the 3 days I was there....a variety of breakfast foods to choose from. So worth the stay here.
