I absolutely loved our condo and we cannot wait to come back and stay longer. It’s so beautiful so clean absolutely perfect.
Every Monday they have a Hula and Hawaiian history lesson at the pool
You can see one of the mountain ranges. There are three balconies.

We all enjoyed our stay. The condo that was chosen for us was very convenient to take our grandchildren to the pool. The only incident was that we were not given the key to the A/C and our condo became very hot and uncomfortable. So by about 6pm or so we called the front desk thinking that it was broken. We had never experienced needing a key for the A/C before, but the maintenance man was great. He even went to the office to get it for us and brought it back then showed us what to do. Thank you for a great Thanksgiving!!

The condo is slated for a remodel, which is good, but didn't benefit our stay. The refrigerator handles were sticky and there was a garbageblike smell whenever we walked into the kitchen which is also by the front door so smelled badly each time we walked in. The 2 bathrooms are upstairs with the 2 bedrooms so be prepared for stairs to the unit and in the unit. Nice noone was above us and the beds and bedding were new and super clean. The worse part was the unit we were place in was next to units being remodeled so there was noise and workers in and out along with two huge dumpsters and a porta-potty parked directly in front of the unit. Really was a construction zone whenever we stepped outside. Felt more like apartments than a vacation place. Pool was crowded and one night two boys were throwing a football back and forth the entire length of the pool so it didn't feel safe to go in. The pool and hot tub were crowded so we didn't even use them. Families had parties in the pool complex both nights so all the pool tables, table tennis, etc. were taken up by kids. I eould say it's not a place for singles or couples traveling on vacation.

Paniolo Greens is a popular place with lots of visitors. The units are very clean and well thought out, but tired. Furniture and appliances show heavy use. Plumbing and wi fi are great. Like staying at Auntie’s place.

We loved Paniolo Greens, it was clean, quiet and beautifully kept. We had everything we needed and more! The location was perfect for the nearby beaches and trips over to the other side of the Island. Staff were all friendly and helpful. When we come back to Hawaii we hope to be able to stay here again.
