Great location

The location is excellent. Short walk to the beach & pool. We had to contact the property manager about a dryer that wouldn’t turn on and they quickly responded and sent someone to look at it. Turns out, we just weren’t using it properly. Their technician was very gracious about our mistake. We really loved the pool area. It’s much more calm & leas crowded than the big resort pools so it’s actually relaxing and is a very short walk to the beach.

Absolutely perfect location!!

It was a beautiful, well appointed & beautifully decorated condo. Wonderful & well maintained location with a great pool area! Very comfortable & especially appreciated provided beach chairs, umbrella & cooler!! showers were a bit tricky (but received further instructions, then fine). Washing machine did not work - and was disappointed that were not allowed late checkout even though there were no expected guests arriving

Great property but could use better maintenance

The property was beautiful, the unit spacious and comfortable, and the location fabulous. The kitchen was very well appointed, although the coffee grinder (a plus!) needs to be replaced. Everything was very clean, but it does need some minor maintenance: a number of light bulbs were burned out, and the master bathroom toilet sometimes runs (jiggle the handle to stop). The staff was FANTASTIC and very responsive (thank you Daisy!!). The three biggest issues were (1) there could be better instructions for the living room TV (we couldn't get it to change channels or access any streaming services), (2) the gas grill igniter and hood didn't work, and (3) the grill sink has a very slow drain. All of these should be easily remedied.

Paradise

We had such an amazing time at this property. We have stayed before at Kolea. It’s the perfect place for families and relaxing. Walking distance to food and market, yoga, farmers market, etc. The pool is not too deep and very relaxing. Hot tub is lovely. The beach is just beyond the pool and is in a bay, so it’s very nice for kiddos. We crashed the Luau at Marriott next door, the kids were mesmerized by the fire dancer and Hula people. This unit is slightly farther away from the pool than other units, but closer to the shopping area. And very quiet and peaceful. The condo does have a lot of tchotchkes and random art, breakables just fyi. We will be back

Lovely Waikoloa Beach Vacation

Lovely condo, fantastic location. We really enjoyed our stay. It was so easy to pop down to the beach for a quick swim. The condo was beautiful and very quiet. The kitchen was very well equipped — we did lots of cooking during our stay. A great vacation all around.

Wonderful space

Wonderful for family relaxation and leisure activities. Plus close to shops, market and restaurants. Beautiful walk on beach to Lava Lava Beach Club and more.

Great complex to stay, horrible 16A MGT!!!

This is a great location, however I would never stay in a unit managed by Big Island Property Mgt or Love Rentals again. The BBQ in this unit was a complete disaster and unsafe for use. Ask Daisy from the property mgt company or Conrad from CJR Appliance for photos of the BBQ and dishwasher. Ask Conrad how unsafe the condition of the BBQ was. Complete negligence on behalf of Big Island PM and Love Rentals. Lucky the place didn't burn down let alone receiving serious burns to myself.

Nice location, nice unit

Had all the basics. We stayed on ground floor for easy in and out access. No view but that is not what we were looking for. 4 young adults to feed - kitchen was in good shape and everything worked well. Nice outside propane grill but vent needs fixed. property manager responsive - got some lights fixed. Easy walk to pool and beach.

Very nice place but not really kid friendly if you have littles. The condo is full of lots of home decor with a lot that is breakable. Not a lot of room for own things. Otherwise, great place!

This condo is just absolutely fabulous in every aspect! It is beautiful and comfortable inside, and it is very well supplied with lots of kitchenware, towels, and so forth. It was the perfect stay to explore Hawaii!

We loved our stay, the grounds are beautifully kept.

We recommend this property. This is the second time we have stayed here. We came back because we love the location, near many Beautiful beaches. The property is amazing with beautiful ocean views from the the pool. The grounds are immaculate, and walking distance to a beautiful beach. I will definitely visit a again.
