Was a nice condo. The lanai furniture was a little cumbersome to use. The dining room table is not for short people. It is in a nice location in Waikoloa within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and grocery store.

The condo looked exactly as pictured - quality, comfortable furniture, including the bed. The woodwork is beautiful throughout the rooms and is in nice condition. The kitchen was equipped with kitchen tools, dishes, pots and pans and some condiments. We loved the view from the lanai, the semi privateness. The location is great - easy access to the King's and Queen's Villages and about a 12 minuted walk to the beach.
