- Guests at The Bay Club check in at Club House at Kohala Suites, which is located adjacent to the property at 69-550 Waikoloa Beach Drive.
- Hilton Waikoloa Village Hotel pool passes are sold daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; there is generous pass availability, so no reservations are needed
- Please note: The state of Hawaii assesses a lodging tax to guests staying at this resort. A deposit of $250 for incidentals is required at check-in.
