My family of three’s one night stay at the Petra Pillars Luxury was fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly, over-the-top accommodating, and kept their resort spotless. Our room had an excellent view of the Petra landscape and pool. The breakfast had plenty of options, including made to order pancakes. It was a short 6-minute drive to the entrance to Petra.

From check-in to check-out, the Petra Pillars was outstanding! The room was beautifully decorated and the terrace overlooking the pool was an added bonus. We did massages, steam/sauna and scrubs and felt relaxed for hours after. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the food was delicious! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The room was very clean and comfortable, the mountain views were stunning. The staff was very helpful and courteous, always available for our needs. The only point that needs improvement was the breakfast, it was not ready early in the morning, and we needed to call the front desk to have it served, but that was because the property was almost empty, and they might not be expecting early birds like us. It is a great pity this hotel was empty, and many others were closed. I know this is because of the current situation, but it is completely safe to travel to Jordan, do not cancel your plans. It's an amazing country, with amazing places to visit, and best of all, warm and welcoming people. Coming back to the hotel, it's highly recommended, I couldn't have booked a better property than Petra Pillars.

The Petra Pillars Hotel was incredible. We absolutely loved our time Jordan but our experience with the staff here was one of the highlights. They treated us like family from the moment we arrived and made sure we had an amazing experience. They heard it was our honeymoon so our room was decorated when we arrived, and we were given the cutest heart-shaped cake during dinner one night to further celebrate! The hotel spa was clean and wonderful, we had the space to ourselves as it requires reservations/is private and my husband really enjoyed the scrub and massage they provided as part of the spa package. The included daily breakfast varied between a buffet and personal fixed-menu with options for fresh omelets and pancakes each day, all of which were delicious. The portions were extremely generous and later in the day, they had options for lunch boxes (which were extremely reasonably priced). These included drinks, fruit, sandwiches, cake and vegetables/chips, they were great to have with us on some of our longer day trips into Petra and Wadi Rum. Dinner options were also diverse and all of the food was tasty and fresh. We also had the pool entirely to ourselves when we had some time to enjoy it, and were able to have some snacks by the water which were all delicious and fresh. The view of the sunset from our room was also breathtaking. We were so sad to check out and go to our final destination, we will absolutely be back to visit with our family in the future :)
