The apartment was good for our needs. But my friend felt unsafe as the bathroom window safety screan was partially damaged the fly sceen was off. Mould in the showers. Lots of mould, not just a little. There was Mould on the ceiling about a foot round with a 5cm hole. And cement in the window frame which made it hard to open/close the window. Dirty doors. No toilet roll holder. Shower hose was spraying everywhere except on my body. We decided to stay because, better the devil you know than the devil you don't. The staff were so lovely.
Apparently the rooms were being renovated. But we where charge full price. No shampoo or conditioner available.

We had an amazing time here at the Hibiscus Hotel suites and Residents! I highly recommend this place to everyone:) our family will definitely be going back to stay with them. Kind and helpful staff, very clean property and a great pool:) absolutely loved it 😀
