Note to travelers: Once you get there and check in, they hit you up for an additional $35 in "resort fees" plus one of those $200 "incidentials" deposit on your credit card. This is NOT mentioned when you book online, either at their site or through an independent booking site (e.g. Expedia). Not cool. Also, their parking garage, while convenient, is VERY VERY TIGHT. Don't expect to get in or out of there with any ease if you have a larger vehicle. Other than that, the place was fine, clean, and the rooms are nice with excellent ocean views.

We booked the room based on the specific picture of the room in the advertisement. What we found was.. 1. Very dirty, old carpet throughout the hotel 2. The bed is 5 inches from the door so you hear everything in the hall as people are coming in and out of the elevator. 3. The room does not look like the pictures. Curtains are dingy, smaller couch. 4. The room was on the first floor with a food truck in front for the Neptune festival weekend. The noise was unbearable. We asked for a higher floor and the front desk said they were sold out and emphasized that we should have called ahead. We left the hotel, took the loss, and checked into a better hotel up the strip that included breakfast. Live and learn. We will be posting pictures on our yelp review.

Nice overnight trip

Room smelt clean. Linens were clean. Great view of the beach. Huge bath/ shower combo. Almost slipped getting out. The mattress was so hard. Messed my back and hip up. The hotel hallways smelt of marijuanna. The hallways and doors need a good cleaning and painting. Just seemed dingy. Overall the hotel needed an update. But Great location. Jessica, the front desk staff was awesome.

DONT PARK IN THE GARAGE You might not be able to get out. Not sure if the garage was designed for hobbits or a game from a SAW movie. Way too small. And I saw this as someone who drives a Honda civic. Renovations going on so some amenities not available at all or heavily restricted hours. Staff was great. Was able to check in early. Room was great. Hotel is pretty old and needs a facelift/upgrade all around but I still had a great trip. Can’t beat cheap oceanfront. Not really sure the resort fee surcharges are worth it and I absolutely hate the $200 security deposit which takes days to disappear from your credit card. Check out is a ridiculous 10AM. Also not sure why there was such a difference in price (my new reservation was HALF the price of my original reservation I made months ago, same hotel, same dates, same room same everything but half the price? Thanks Expedia) I’d still recommend this hotel. I’ll likely come back to this hotel next year but I won’t make an advance reservation just the week of. If there’s breakfast I didn’t know about it. Gym is great.

We had a studio and could hear the guests on either side. One had television on all night and slamming doors and fighting. We could also smell whatever there were cooking. Reported to front desk and told us to call security if it gets too loud.

It was nice to see they are updating the place. We really loved having the little kitchen area. Plus it had all the dishes and utensils we needed. The sunrises on the balcony were amazing. We even saw baby dolphins. Will definitely be back.

Room was nice but kitchen and bathroom area is extremely small. Bedroom abd living area was nice. Beautiful beach views. Parking garage is very small. A big truck or suburnan suze SUV is to big for garage. Oarking option is a parking lot somewhat near the hotel but not convenient.
