This hotel was dirty. The carpets needed to be cleaned and were old. The property looked run down and old as well. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I will not stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It was super clean, had everything I needed and a beautiful balcony, I have a very loud neighbor but opening the patio door and/or turning the A/C fan on made it quiet. The property is nothing special but none of the VA beach hotels is this price range are. The attached garage was intimidating- tight tight spaces and turns - even for my small ford escape. There is a bigger garage across the street so no biggie. I think it’s a good budget family option

The staff was wonderful. The room was good except for the toilet. The shower was fine except it's a safety hazard getting in and out of it. The location is great and we would definitely go back.

Very dated. Power problem. T.V. was not clear. Maid walked in on us. No where to sit in the room. Not enough power plugs. Drawers would not stay shut.

I didn’t like that as a couple we were put on the floor with people who had kids. This was not a good idea because a couple who had a baby right connected to our room was crying and the adults were loud. It was just a mess.

Wonderful property right on the beach. Location is excellent, can walk to restaurants and shopping or take the trolley all over for $4.50 per day. We stayed in a one bedroom and it was spacious with four of us. The balcony was huge! The bathroom was small but didn’t bother us at all. Our only negative was that the bed was hard but it was a great stay. Definitely do the Rudee Rocket speed boat tour, we saw so many dolphins and got splashed too! You can walk to it from this hotel.

For the price we paid the room was not worth it. The room was not cleaned at the time of arrival. We paid resort fees for nothing there was no bar or restaurant, everyday the ice machines were out of order or barely working. We were never given new towels or checked on by housekeeping.
